    This is my second pair. The first pair would sound so bad, a lot of static when unit wasnt fully charged. I thought i received a defective pair took back got another set and the same thing!!! I usually love Samsung products but this is terrible.

    I did love these for usability and sound but the case opens way too easily. So after finally deciding on these out of all the options, after 2 weeks I have a nice looking case and no head phones.

    Fit pretty good, sometimes felt them rotate and needed to adjust. Significant wind noise while attempting to Listen to music while cycling. BB had shipped the wrong color so they were being returned for that - currently researching other models...

    Just purchased for my husband's busy earlier this month and after two weeks one of the ear buds have already stopped working. We will need to contact Samsung, however seeing that he uses them daily, it is a super inconvenience for the cost paid.

    Ok second pair and these don’t work either . I ended up swapping for the newer ones and then even these went bad . They worked them the volume went low and then one worked now they both don’t work .

    I have a terrible time keeping these in my ears. I bought them to wear when I work outside but the volume is low and I spend most of my time trying to find them when they fall out of my ears.

    Lose volume out of one bud 2nd time

    These are great buds with good sound BUT after 6 months the sound out of one of the earbuds was much lower than the other. I sent them back to samsung since they were in warranty and they replaced them with brand new ones. After 6 months of using the new ones, the same thing happened and now they are out of warranty. I'm not buying samsung earbuds again. PS: I searched online and i tried every possible way that I could find to fix the issue. I tried cleaning, software is up to date and I tried many other solutions that may have worked for others with no luck.

    I'm only giving it 2 stars because the box says they last 11 hours, i work 12 hour shifts and they barely last longer then the buds which are rated at 6 hours. Very disappointing i waited to buy these as soon as i heard they were coming out.

    Mini tin cans?

    I returned these even though I wanted to like them. They just don't have the bass even with equalizer tweaks. Reminded me of the tin cans we used to play with as a kid, only without the string.

    This my second pair! I originally bought the red pair on release day and where fine until recent. I did everything I could have done to troubleshoot these because when they work like there supposed to these are awesome. Anyways ended up taking them back to exchange because I bought the extended warranty but got the shiny blue cause red was not in stock. Took them home and on the 3rd day only right bud worked! Originally my first pair the left didn't work either. Can't be a coincidence on these Samsung must know something you tube has troubleshooting videos but seem not to work I think it only worked 1 time , but then it happened again.

    Samsung usually hits home runs,not this time

    I bought these on a whim, because I was upgrading my galaxy frontier watch and was going to the new GW3. I saw these on sale, and sure,why not. I work out for 1 to 2 hours every day, and although I LOVE my Sony cans, the over the ear design makes my sweat. A lot. charged them up, updated the firmware and off we went. I might have gotten a bad set, but no matter what I did and tried, they sounded horrible. for the first time ever, i returned a Samsung product. shocked the heck out of me,too. I realize that these are buds and not over the air cans, but the audio was purely horrible. hopefully, they get it right on the next go around.

    I got these for my boyfriend for his birthday - I was expecting a lot based on the glowing reviews and the $150 price tag. Within the first minute of him opening, the right earbud was consistently disconnecting. We figured user error, but on day two it was still happening after a solid effort to troubleshoot. Eventually both of the buds were making a buzzing, static noise (this is after simply unpairing and repairing the buds to his Samsung phone). Needless to say, they were returned. Very disappointing. Maybe we just got a lemon, but we weren't willing to give them another try. We've got $20 wireless earbuds that work 100% better than these.

    Very weak bass and still needs work

    Still has little to no bass compare to Apple AirPod pro. Good thing there is different sound setting but still very flat sound no matter what sound mode you set it as. Think about this as cheaper and compact version of Powerbeats pro.

    I did not like this headset because the signal goes off every so often when I use it on the street and it is very frisky. and the volume is not very high. I want my refund back.

    These headphones sound great and fit very good in the ear, but the right side gave out after a month of occasionally using them. Recommend getting warranty if you decide to purchase.

    Was great while it lasted. It was doing well then the left died, as in cant charge at all. And it died a week after I can return them... Looked online, common issue and No fix only replacement...

    The right bud works fine; the left one works only sporadically. I will be exchanging it as soon as I get a day off. It was a Christmas gift for my wife - she was quite disappointed that it does not work correctly.

    Absolute worst pile of junk you can buy. If you enjoy walking and having ear buds fall out, BUY THESE! If you enjoy not being able to touch them without pausing a song, or hanging up on a call, BUY THESE. If you enjoy literally the crappiest ones, BUY THESE! I'd much rather have an 80s boom box on my shoulder than this junk. They never stayed in despite the different size rubber inserts, I could never touch them without them screwing up, and they constantly have a terrible noise while in use, like it's plugging your ears from sound, but then allowing sound from the outside in. Its a terrible design.

    I had to order these online so I've only had them for a month. They do not last 12 hrs and everytime I get a phone call the sound stops working and if I have them in for a few hours the touchpads stop working. I have to disconnect and reconnect or put them in the case for about a min before they will work again. Thus is the second pair I received, I exchanged them the first time for the same issues because I thought I got a defective pair. Apparently that wasn't the issue, too bad I can't return them anymore.
