From the beginning, the left ear peice does not connect or charge. We've been so busy, and with the pandemic, I havent wanted to go in. I hope I can get it Reaves as they are pricy.

They hurt your ears, and the slightest brush of the top of them stops your music or if you’re on YouTube it stops and starts playing a different video. They’re too sensitive and I don’t think they’re worth the price for headphones that look like you have cotton balls in your ears. (White color.)

Sound quality is terrible, no depth at all. They are too sensitive to touch- can't take them out without starting or stopping the sound. Touch controls are not intuitive.

Earbuds broke after 8 months of fair use

I got these earbuds eight months ago and they are useless now. It feels like Samsung has lowered the quality control for these earbuds. Won't recommend to buy this.

If warranty is expired, toss them in the garbage.

The sound is great when they are working. They continually cut out (lose reception) and the longer I wear them the worse or more often they do that and it's getting more and more frustrating. I keep my phone in my back pocket so the earbuds are not that far from my phone. If I move my head in any direction they cut out. If I move my arm to rub my neck or scratch my back they cut out. Maybe I got a defective pair, either way, I will most likely return them.
