    Really difficult to keep in ears; they don’t seem to have much ability to withstand any shape movement of your head. Probably would not recommend someone else to purchase.

    Poor Quality, stopped working after 3 weeks. I bought these as a gift for my father. A few days later my father tried to exchange with a receipt and was denied because the exchange period was no longer valid. We are in the middle of a pandemic and my father is working extended hours to work in the hospital to do his part & because he couldn’t get in fast enough for an exchanged got denied? Very disappointed and will no longer be a customer. Walmart has better serve compared to this and that says a lot.

    Absolute junk & fter 60 days, Best Buy won't take!

    These suck. This is our third set. Both previous sets had to be returned to Samsung for replacement. Now the right bud of this set doesn't work. No longer returnable with Best Buy and it's been only 60 days! So I'll have to deal with Samsung again - which is frustrating and takes forever! Best Buy: please do your reputation a favor and stop selling this junk! I will never buy these again! Warning: they're junk; don't waste your money!!!

    Had them a year. They worked great up until a week ago. They fall out of your ears easily and a week ago the right bud stopped working.

    Nothing special about these. I found that they were no better than $25 headphones. I returned and would not recommend this product.

    I'm not happy with them the quantity of them are ok speech its not clear noise is loud when your speaking price 169.99 it's not worth it will not buy again

    Not as good as the AirPods by Apple. Doesn't block out sound. After one month, one of the buds is not working :(

    purchased item to use with a smart TV. the audio volume is too low. either the unit is defective or this item does not work well with a smart TV.

    The Samsung-Galaxy Buds+True Wireless Earbud Headphones-Black do not stay in your ears very well. They were heavy and fall out easily.

    Purchase May last year. Just passed my 1 year mark and they started sounding like crap and it's gotten so bad now that no matter how much I clean them, the volume is half or less or what it used to be. Never abused them and even kept the case in a rubber shield. Just more crap that's only good for a year..... Might as well just stick to the cheap buds

    This is my second pair. Samsung carries a limited warranty. This pair is defective like the first pair I had. One bud doesn’t work.

    After a few software updates and just one year these earbuds started fading in volume. As of now, one of them has completely died and will not charge. The other can barely be heard. Horrible lifespan for such a big brand name. There goes 150 of my dollars wasted.

    These earbuds give off a beeping sound when I'm in the sun after about 1hour they overheat I guess this is a issue with samsung earbuds

    Just plain sucks. After 2 generations of Galaxy buds, I gave in and bought airpods pros. Haven't looked back.

    I got these two times and only one side worked so I just ended up buying the sennheisers to not have this problem anymore.

    Do a quick search on buds+ not connecting both earbuds before you buy. Samsung has really dropped the ball on this. Ordered online, and waited 2 days to receive. Once received, spent half my day online with support and online"fixes". to no avail. left but will not connect to my S20ultra. I'm not happy. Now i have to use a drive up service to return, and no other sets are in stock, so I can't even try another pair. Thanks samsung.

    Great if they keep a connection

    These were great for a couple for weeks. Suddenly they wouldn’t keep a Bluetooth connection after a few minutes of use. Deleting the app & resetting the headphones still didn’t make a difference, I sent them to Samsung for service and currently awaiting some kinda resolution. I’ve had multiple pairs of wireless headphones and never them not function so soon. Definitely expect more from Samsung and at this price.

    I am a loyal Samsung user. Currently have a note 10 plus. bought galaxy buds plus assuming they would be just as good. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! WOULD NOT STAY Connected. Spent two days trying all the online "fixes" that DO NOT WORK! And why would anyone need bug fixes for a brand new "premium" matched product. Do not get your hopes up or waste your time. Took back and purchased Power Beats Pro . Not a single problem.

    I purchased this for my wife. her ears hurts after each call. she said she feels deaf after using them. I spent about $180.00 with 2 years of geek protection on it. it never happend to her while she was using my airpods. they are jus sitting there because I couldn't returned them as the store are closed due to covid 19... now I cant even return them because it's been more than a month now. so sadly we are stuck with them. :/
