I immediately stoped and couldn’t find it. I used the find my earbud option in the settings and the earphone had already disconnected and wouldn’t do a thing. So within a few days of having them I’m down to one ear bud

I really liked them then the left one quit and wouldn't reconnect. I did all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. I saw online where others had this problem and no one that I read was able to fix them. I returned them to best buy.

The quality of this earbud is bad sound like you hear wind coming from the earbud. I would not recommend this earbuds at all it cost more than the original earbuds. I return this one and went to the first Samsung Galaxy earbuds.

Don't buy software intrusive permissions
