After using these for two years and trying many different wireless earbuds, we’re switching to Apple Airpods. These have better than most sound quality, but the extra features such as pass-through/transparency is lacking. Apple’s transparency mode is far beyond the competition (haven’t tried the Sony Linkbuds, but those do not have passive nor active noise control). I’m extremely happy with the AirPods Pro. AirPods 3 are a better alternative ifif you’re not needing ANC.

I absolutely love these ear buds! The little charging case is super convenient. They have heat sensors on them that know when the ear bud is in your ear or not. When you take the ear bud out of your ear it pauses your music and when you put it back in they play your music. Also, they are noise cancelling which is great if you are trying to focus on something without getting distracted by your surroundings. 10/10 recommend.

I have the white buds. They deliver excellent sound quality for something so small. I was surprised. The speakers are so small yet so loud and has an App to tweak the sound so that you can turn up things like bass and tremble. The touch surface controls offer everything you need to get to that track or tv show you're seeking. Ambient Mode is very useful for an environment where you need to hear what's going on around you.

Sound quality is much better than i expected. Vey easy to set up and use.

I'm not that familiar with ear buds but these I find quite good. I first bought the more expensive Galaxy Buds Live. These I found to be very uncomfortable and difficult to get to remain in my ears. The Galaxy Buds+ are more economical and feel much better. I find the sound to be very good as well. I would recommend the Galaxy Buds+ over the Galaxy Buds Live and save yourself a few bucks.

Its so great battery life last forever case is good I love it I have never gone a whole day without these dying they are just that good I had the Orginal galaxy buds and they would always die or be close to dead on me and I like the galaxy buds+ alot better because it has more battery life and more personalization with it also has more modes

Sound is fire.. pairing is super easy and fits great in the ear.

I bought a new Windows computer. Then I realized that I needed some new earbuds. I checked out Best Buy and found the perfect set. Samsung - Galaxy Buds+ True Wireless Earbud Headphones - White. They are comfortable to wear and the sound is perfect. Thank you Best Buy for carrying this item.

Without a doubt these Buds sound superior and the voice quality when making calls is also great. My only complaint is the ongoing beep when they overheat in the dry sauna. After researching online this was also a problem with the previous model. So I will bring both the Samsung buds to the gym when working out and use my $50 JLabs in the sauna.

I initially got the samsung beans due to my small ear shape and ended up returning for these. Did not disappoint! the sound is great and I feel the touch sensors are much much better on the galaxy buds+. At only $99 this is more than I could ask for in a wireless headphones

I just got mine and I must tell you,the sound quality and all,its truly the best anyone can ask for,trust me,it is!

I love these earbuds. I use them under my motorcycle helmet and when I'm cutting my yard. They stay in perfectly and seal out sound from wind noise and the lawnmower engine. I also love the battery life.

Crisp audio and ambient sound definitely buy these.

The sound ambience is SO COOL!! Music quality is really really clean and nice too!! I love them already, if you're looking for some good airpod pros contenders these are the ones for you!!

They are super comfortable. I can have them in my ears all day. I wear them on long walks and they stay in place.

Not sure if I received a defective pair of these, or? Anyway, they were nice earbuds, but I had many issues with them. Pros: Good Sound, Good Size, Good Features Cons: Horrible Range, Horrible Lag The range for these was about 20' for me. The worst of any bluetooth headphone I have ever used. The lag while watching videos on my Dell Win10 laptop was very, very bad. Both the range and lag are awful. I have about 5 other Bluetooth headphones and none of them have lag like these. These are either over ear, or different earbuds. My other earbuds are either cheap (sound bad) or are special nose reduction earbuds that I use when I work in the shop. They sound ok, but I wanted something with better sound. I gave these a try as I am happy with my Samsung phone and tablet. Not these earbuds though. I returned them and bought some Sony WFXB700 which sound great, have great range, and very little lag. I do not notice the lag when watching videos. I have always had good luck with Sony headphones. I should have just stuck with Sony to begin with.

Good sound and ambient sound but the connect still isnt better.

I bought these ear buds because I didn't want to spend the extra money. Bad idea. Pros: small, come in a convenient charging cartridge, lasts a really long time, cool colors, affordable, great double tap for easy phone call answer, downloadable app. Cons: Constantly falls out of my ear. No matter what i do, these things come loose and i've almost lost them a number of times. Even with the extra cushions they just wont stay in. Plus because they are so loose the sound isn't as clear so it doesn't cancel out much background noise. Also, when adjusting them you have to be careful not to touch the center of the bud. It will stop whatever music you're listening to, or hang up a phone call. Very frustrating because then I have to pull out my phone and start over. Maybe these work for some people but they definitely don't work for me. I'm going to spend the extra money and get the Beats that wrap around the ear. Sound quality will be better (I've had a wired pair in the past) and I won't have to worry about losing them.

I bought these to go with my Samsung Galaxy S20 and my Galaxy Active 2 watch. I previously had the Bose SoundSport headphones, but they wouldn't hold a charge anymore, so I decided it was time for a new pair. The earbuds are aesthetically pleasing with their small size and pretty "Best Buy Blue" color, and the functionality and ability to personalize settings is great, but the sound quality is HORRIBLE, even when you change the sound settings in the app. I listened to these for 30 minutes, and then stuffed them back in the box and returned them. If these are your first pair of "upgraded" headphones, then I'm sure the sound quality is adequate, but coming from a pair of Bose to these was a MAJOR downgrade in sound quality. I exchanged them for the Sony WF-1000XM3 wireless earbuds, and while they are a bit larger than the Galaxy Buds+, they have great sound quality, and the same features the Galaxy Buds+ offer, for only a $20 price difference.
