Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok I just switched over from my jams true live wireless. I use them for work which is very noisy (build trucks) well I don’t know what some of u are talking about that it’s loud. With my JAM I could use one side and it sounded better than both of the Samsung buds + together. I haven’t changed the interchangeable rubber to c the other fits but right now I’m very disappointed with the price I paid and the service it offers. I do have an iPhone X that I’m using with but vine is not loud enough..

Difficult to set up. Should come with a warning
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these for my wife who has a s8 phone and galaxy watch plus. The problem is getting acceptable volume. Her phone is at max volume, but earbud sound is very low. There are competing instructions all over the web on this. Samsung support is beyond useless. Point here is you will think you're getting a plug and play product, but that is not the case. Samsung needs to up their software game.

Washed and DRIED IT TWICE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works fine. Syncing is ok. Any tap to them and they disconnect which I don't like. Accidentally washed it and DRIED IT TWICE and the left ear bud is completely dead but the charging case and right side ear bud is ok. Not comfortable to wear at all....kept falling out of my ears all the time. The longest I could wear it for was maybe 10-30 minutes and then I would want to take them off for the discomfort.

Fall out without warning and are hard to keep in
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have problems with them staying in my ears. They will fall out with no warning. I talked with Samsung and told them and they told me they would send me a sleeve for them and that should help. I received ONE EARPIECE TIP. That was not a sleeve and I di not need that, I had them. A waist of money for me!

Terrible value
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these today to replace my $29.99 JLab Jbuds. I can say without hesitation from a value standpoint these are the worst headphones I have ever purchased. After 30 minutes of trying out the different sizes and wings I finally got a good seal and realized these sound worse than the cheap ones I currently have.

For the price sound is ok, mic quality is horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased these after hearing that Samsung upgraded the buds for multiple device use ( which they've now retracted ) but mainly because the voice quality was supposedly enhanced. I have to say the voice quality sounds very robotic when in a quiet environment and almost unintelligible with quiet background noise - forget about using these in a regular grocery store or coffee shop.

Not recommended
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well within a year of my purchase, my earbuds will no longer turn on, no matter how long I "long press" them in my ears. Both of the earbuds and the case still charge completely, but because the earbuds will no longer turn on, I can't make them visible to connect to a device. For the short time that they worked, they were great. My only other issue was a personal one. No matter what size flippers and eartips I used they hurt my ears and the earbuds would fall out. Looks like with the latest launch they changed the design. Possibly for this reason. Hopefully they improved the inner workings also. I paid a lot of money to now just have an ineffective paperweight.

Not best purchase I’ve made
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They come with different sizes for your ears but no matter what size I put in they are constantly are falling out. I wear them while I’m working and it’s more of a hassle than a convenience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THESE!!!

downgrade
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.thought these might be an upgrade from my failing 1st gen galaxy buds, but not only do they sound exactly the same, and look the same, the "charging" case is a downgrade. The case retains its charge so well because sometimes, it will drain the earbuds instead of charging them...cool feature. Clean them, put it in the case at 30%, go to bed; wake up, it's at 1% but that case has 75% battery life...gee wiz, lucky me. happens all the time. Ambient sound is the only difference between these and 1st gen.

Cannot Recommend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product if you set perfectly still and have your phone only inches away. I purchased the Galaxy buds nearly a week ago and on day 3 the connectivity while walking with my phone in my pocket started cutting out. Today is day 4 and the in and out issue seems to be progressing. I tried resetting them as per a Samsung article suggest and try again on day 5. Honestly no one should spend 100+ bucks and have quality issues this soon. A trip back to the store will certainly happen this week.

Hot Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These ear buds are great, as long as you sit still or barely walk around. Try to workout or even mow the yard, and the audio sounds like it's losing connection. Don't try to move more than 10' from your phone, or you'll lose connection. Had the same issue on my Buds, and thought the Buds+ would fix this, but they didn't. Was really hoping for better out of Samsung.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using these for 3 months now and I can barely hear the sound on a full charge one of the buds is somehow louder than the other and I can barely hear anything even at max volume and there needs to be functionality with iPhone cause I hear everywhere that you can never adjust headphone volume from iPhone I can only adjust my phone volume

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought these today and sound is just very poor. I am not sure what people talk about on here that sound is awesome, blasting etc. I have to keep on max to hear ok. And I am inside the house where is quiet. Case no longer holds charge
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only have had these for a few months and already the charging case won't hold a charge. Very frustrated by this and can't get Samsung to do anything for me. If you Google this issue, you will see many other users have had the same problem. It's a defective product and should be recalled.

Won't hold a charge and no customer support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm assuming I received a defective device. Left ear bud will not charge beyond 16% even though right ear bud is 100%. For me, the fit is uncomfortable and the sound quality is marginal. I reached out to Samsung and received no reply. Sorry, but I'm going to return it.

Stick with apple
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned product after 3 days. For 130$ I feel like they should be better quality, I had issues with connection granted I’m using an iPhone I assumed this would happen. Pretty disappointed I heard a lot of personal reviews that were not parallel with my experience.
