these earbuds are replacing two sets of Creative Outliers that are awful needles to say the sound is good battery time is better the problem is that now they work oddly the volume won't work and some times even though the touch-pad is been disable it either stops or shuts off what i'm listening to they're comfortable if you take the time to adjust them to your ear canals

The earbuds were fantastic while they worked. Great ambient sound mode. Easy navigation. All day comfort and battery life. Unfortunately they only lasted about 18 months before failing. I'm going to try the new version because the features were great and hope the new set parts longer

they are just great the sound quality the fit is great love this product.

I love my earbuds but i can only give it 4 stars. Here is why... I do extreme workouts and sometimes they do fall out. Also, lately the right side is having problems connecting, but i will go back to Bestbuy to see what they can do since i do have warranty. Even with that though, i enjoy them when they work properly. They are loud if you want them to be and the audio quality is great.

I don't want to be too hasty in giving five stars, but so far these have been my go to earbuds for everything! I've always wanted to try a pair of Samsung buds after having tried and owned so many others, and I have to say that so far I'm not mad.. Lol sound quality is decent, and once I put them in and turn the music on, the world fades away which is exactly how I want it. I like the look and feel of the case and the color is pretty and shiny.. lol

These are a great addition for a galaxy phone. Easy to use and stay in your ears.

Wow! Samsung hit a homerun with these. Connection was flawless and intuitive. You just open the case and viola! Sound is amazing. You will want to play with the ambient sound to get your own feel. Quick note. When charging in the case, you may need to rotate the silicone ring that holds the bud in your ear just a tad to make sure it is properly seated on the charger.

These sound great, but my ear canal openings are smaller than average. Consequently, the smallest of the rubber ear covers still wind up hurting my ears if I wear them too long. I haven't run with these in my ears but I doubt I will. They just don't fit well enough and get loose from regular wear. I can only imagine one or both would fly out if I were running with them. And the buds aren't necessarily intuitive. I'm still having trouble figuring out how to answer calls with them. I've followed the instructions but finding the sweet spot for where to touch them to trigger the buds to do what I want them to do has proven difficult. I will often have to readjust them (because of the sizing issue, they shift and get loose pretty regularly), and I'll accidently turn on an audiobook or hang up on a call. That gets a bit frustrating. But I just bought them and hope that, with time, I'll adjust and figure this out.

I bought these to replace my Apple AirPods. I needed bluetooth earbuds that lasted longer. My AirPods needed recharging every couple hours. These Galaxy Buds+ last 5+ hours no problem. They also recharge very quickly. I originally wanted noise cancelling, but these fit so snug in your ear, the noise cancelling isn't necessary. Very comfortable to wear for hours and hours.
