Make sure switch with the ones that fit your ears, it makes huge difference in comfortness. You can also listen to ambient sounds when you listen to music, I use them only when I make or receive calls so I am aware of my speech volume during the conversation. Never got complains about call quality from others so far, so the microphones must be pretty good. You will be prompted to install app on your phone to control the device. Make sure you play with it to fully discover its features.

My buds lost volume

I really like the utility of portable charger's power backing up the charge on the buds own power. However a year later my buds volume went quiet. Even tho I clean them after every use. All the way up doesn't even block out external noise. I need new ones again.
