I have been using these for a while now. My biggest issue is that one of the ear buds will loose connection, sort of. it will say it is not in the ear anymore and stop the ANC. I have contacted Samsung in regards to this. They offered to replace them, but I declined as it is all three sets of the ear buds I bought. So it is a physical defect in their ear buds.

The sound is better and battery life has improved alot. Phone calls was the biggest improvement people call hear clearly.

The buds work great, the case started to squeak when opening after the 2nd month which was annoying but otherwise no issues.

My wife bought these for me for my birthday. They were really easy to sync with my galaxy phone. Good sound, I use them every day!

These are much improved from the originals. Better battery life and better connection. Sound quality is excellent!

I like 'em!! I never thought I'd pay over a hundred bucks for a pair of earbuds, but after reading reviews I did buy these Samsung Buds+. I own a different brand of wireless ear buds but I could not get them to stay in my ears, which was very frustrating. These Buds+ seem to fit my ears well and seldom fall out. Also, the volume is much louder than other buds I have, wired or not wired. All in all, I'm very satisfied with them. They work and work well!!

Sounds great and updates are pretty frequent to help better the product. Only downside is that they tend to slip out and need readjusting now and then when active. Might be something that only pertains to my ear size. Also the size of the earbuds are a pain to put in as well. But again that might be something that’ll pertain to me and maybe a small group.

It works very well and its really worth it i would try to recommend to lots of people.

Good quality. Battery lasts longer than expected which is a plus. Very glad I decided to buy them.

These are great daily drivers. Whether I need to take a call, or just want to chill with my music, they are well rounded workhorses.

Never had earbuds before as I made most of my phone calls in the car. With Covid I'm home more and can't always use speakerphone. I did a little research and saw that these Buds 2 were new and got great reviews. They connected easily to my phone and have worked perfectly ever since. The battery life is very good. The case gives me multiple charges before I have to recharge. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

I purchased these for my Dad on his birthday and he loves them. They fit snug and have excellent sound quality.

These are very nice earbuds. My daughter loves them. Unfortunately, the first pair stopped charging after two weeks so we returned them and got a new pair.
