Touch and hold feature did not work

So a try these based on the reviews in YouTube. Sound and pairing are excellent, but the “hold and touch” function for activating voice commands did not work. That’s the most important feature I look for because I use these mostly to make and receive calls.

They fall out

The first time one of them fell out, it was run over by a car and crushed, which isn't covered by the $30.00 warranty I purchased with them. I bought another pair, and the exact same thing happened again (it fell out and was crushed by a car tire), with no possibility of recovering my purchase price or getting a replacement pair. I won't buy them a third time. There are far too many products that perform equally well, for far less money, and have a wrap-around-the-ear "wire bail" that holds them in place. They won't fall out!! They cost a small fraction of what I paid for the Galaxy buds, and have the same battery life. You are paying for a name when you buy these buds. Imagine the Apple buds are even more expensive, and they would fall out too!! There must be millions of people out there that have only one earbud because they lost the other one!!
