Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Experiencing discomfort with earbuds—whether they're too tight or too loose—can be frustrating, especially during activities like jogging or when enjoying music. Samsung earbuds offer a solution to this common problem. If you find the fit isn't perfect, you can easily switch out the earbud tips and wingtips to ensure a snug, comfortable fit that enhances sound and call quality. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, and Buds2 Pro come with earbud tips that are similar to those on the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+. If there is a gap between the ear tip and the earbud, sound may leak out and the earbuds' performance may be poor. Please make sure that the ear tips and the earbud grooves fit properly and try to reinsert them so that there is no space between the ear and the ear tip. If you are still having performance issues, please try changing the ear tips to a larger size. If the earbud tips do not fit comfortably, you can try a different size to get a tighter seal. This will improve the microphone’s performance and provide a stronger sound. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. The sound was pretty good, I still prefer the sound on my over the ear headphones but for buds they were good. Better price than some of the competitors. My only issue is that I've had them for about 20 days and I've already lost a pair. I bought a covering so I could clip it to my keys but the hinge on the original case is so sensitive that it opens and shuts randomly even if you aren't doing a lot of moving. So I've already lost one bud, these are definitely buds you want to keep in your pocket or bag.

Even with the different sizes of ear pieces included. The app will confirm a correct fit but it wont sttay secure with movement

They are recommended if you have a Samsung phone the integration is almost as good as Apples and their headphones.

I love how these headphones feel, well.. they don't feel like anything. They are formfitting, lightweight, and have batteries that last long enough that I have forgotten that I was listening to my podcast on headphones and not on the speaker in the corner of the room. Additionally, the seamless experience when using with Samsung devices makes these headphones easy for everyone to use. These are definitely an improvement from the first Galaxy Buds, but I would have never considered buying these had I not lost those. Great Product, can't say enough. Well done Samsung.

I wish they had better pass through and I wish the waterproofing rating was higher. Love the fit and feel and battery life. The overall sound is quite awesome.
