best earbuds i have at the moment! fits in my ears perfectly. bud live/pro not so much. highly recommend

A nice step up from the original Galaxy buds if you liked the galaxy buds the + is a huge upgrade to sound, controls and call quality!

Worked well for a while (3 months)then right ear button started to have limited functionality. Would let me answer but nor disconnect calls. All other functions continued to work. Checked software to make sure I did not disable that feature, still no luck. Would recommend for sound and ease of use, but the above mentioned problem is an issue, not sure if it is isolated.

Everything was great except sound quality. It's not bad, I just prefered a different earbuds for sound. Great features. Comfortable fit.

Overall sound is good and have not had any issues. Still trying to understand app as it's something I haven't been able to do.

this is the third pair I've bought (third brand as well). The other two were inexpensive ama*on brands. I had issues with the right buds not staying in my ear well. Add that they had tiny lights that were disturbing in a dark room. When another reviewer said that the touch on this pair could be locked, they had my attention. Being a side sleeper, I was having issues with unintentionally pausing with the other pairs. These stay in and I don't have to worry about pausing music when I lay down.

I needed a replacement for my Master and Dynamic MW07 Plus earbuds after they went kaput. I really didn't want to spend $250+ so I decided to try these out since I have a Galaxy phone. Set up with my phone was simple with the Galaxy Wearables app. The app does a really good job with laying out all the controls you need (equalizer setting, ambient listening mode, custom tap commands, etc.). When I first put these in my ear, the standard size tips were too small. No problem, Samsung provides a larger size in the package. While the larger size fit, it still did not provide a great seal. I think this is because the rubber tips are very flimsy, and flex too much. This is where things started to break down. My first listen to music was not great. The sound was tinny and the bass was almost non-existent. I switched the equalizer to the different settings, and settled on "Dynamic" which made it sound much better (I recommend always leaving it on this setting). At that point I was starting to like the sound, until I moved my jaw. The seal created by the tip loosened, and the depth of the music was lost. I twisted the earbud back in and got that decent sound again, but it only lasted a few minutes before I lost the seal again. So I found myself in a constant cycle of having to tighten my earbuds every few minutes. Not very enjoyable. Even when the earbuds where in, the sound wasn't the best. Decent, but nowhere near what I got from the M&D's. I'll be returning these to get something else.

I loved these so much, I bought some as a gift for my guy who is also delighted with the comfort, convenience, and sound quality.

Love these headphones, they actuallt stay in my ears and they dont hurt my ears like the air pods i had.

Great earbuds!! I especially love to listen to music on these. Much better sound than earpods
