Love them! They work amazing. I like the ambient feature - it works well. I don't usually like the style of in the ear, but these are comfortable. However, I cannot wear them for too long - about an hour is my limit - before they start feeling uncomfortable and my ears start hurting.

Amazing headphones. I LOVE the ambient settings for both buds. Makes it so convenient to enjoy podcasts and music while still being aware of what's going on around you. The touch patterns candy function can be a little co fusing but I'm sure after more use, itll feel natural.

These wireless buds are convenient for hands free use, but sound is just okay and the sensors on the outside are extremely sensitive. I've ended calls too early or paused my music because I grazed them. Battery life is great and they look sleek.

got these for my father for his birthday, he loves the fact that the gummy-like ear tips fit into his ears perfectly, also the integration of his Samsung with these is awesome, he is able to control the equalizer settings which he loves.

Initial purchase of these earbuds didnt go well. The left channel kept cutting out. Best buy customer service was great. They replaced them promptly and the new set works perfectly.

I have multiple sets of these buds! Not that anyone needs more than 1 I just like to have color options but I gave 4 out of 5 just for the water resistant rating. If these were IPX7 id never buy another set of buds but these. I still believe they are the best on the market currently!!!

The battery is amazing the sound quality is very good. Not as good as the airpods, but let's be honest, with 11 hrs of battery life who is complaining right? Also when I work out and run I have never had them fall out as long as they were cleaned, which Indo regularly.

Great fit out the box. My biggest gripe is as others have said. They are very sensitive to the touch, I also have calls drop while I'm on the phone and there are dead spots where you can hear them, they can't hear you. They take some getting used to.

My favorite ear phones. At first they were hurting my ears if I had them in their longer than an hour but realized I just had to switch out the outer rubber lining to a smaller size, which they have in the box.

Have never used something like this.. so I am trying to be used to.. however I do not like something sitting in my ear.. My wife tried couple of time and it fell down.. probably need adjustment.. but we not ear phone person... we play music with volume on.

If you have the original... Keep them. Probably not really worth upgrading. If buying for the first time then spend the extra money and get the new ones with improved features. Definitely worth it. The noise isolation along with Ambient noise settings works really well.

Can't beat these little gems for the price. I got them on sale for less then $100 which was even more of a bargin. The incuded app gives you control over touch features, ambient sound level, EQ presets and much more. I am very happy with my purchase!

Very happy with this purchase! One of the biggest pros to these are the Ambient feature! Nothing worse than playing music or having a phone call and not being able to hear what's going on around you. Would buy again and have recommended to family and friends.

Improved sound and battery make for a great product. Much richer sound and bass for music. The microphone picks up my voice much better during calls. If you're a samsung fan I would recommend picking these up. They will also work with any laptop that has bluetooth

Mom really enjoys the earbuds. The purchase price was very good . The way that they fit into her ears are great I also purchased a case with the earbuds. She's really enjoying having that conversation conversation versus talking through a speaker phone .

This is my first set of wireless earbuds. I bought them to use for my Zoom calls. They paired up easily to all my devices, including my PC. The microphone is not so great, but that isn’t an issue since I use my big broadcast quality mic for the calls. If the microphone was better I’d give it 5 starts.

these sound great but they keep going out I'm on my 5th pair I use these for work for as long as they last in a 10 hour shift about 5-6 hours 4 days a week have to take them back about 4-6 months for a new pair

Had Samsung galaxy buds first and I didn't have a lot of good things to say about those. But the galaxy buds+ are working out great. Works great with any bluetooth device. My Samsung active watch is a great match with these buds. No more running with my phone.

The buds+ are a definite improvement over the first generation, with that being said still doesn't deliver that big full stage sound that I enjoy. They do have a very clear and crisp sound plus comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.
