These are my everyday earbuds. I love how comfortable they are. They come with adjustable ear cushions to fit others. I can pair them with all of my devices and haven't had a single issue yet. They are light and efficient.

Excellent customer service and great product!This is my second time purchase as after having this earbuds for a year I decided to get it for my mom for Christmas. Very comfortable fit, light weight. I use it every day and enjoy it :-)

Pros - sound quality is fantastic! CONS - Literally everything in my house that require electricity to operate interferes with the signal for these things. My keyboard which isnt even bluetooth made these chirp and pop whenever I typed on it. Plugging in my phone to charge made these drop signal when I had them attached to my pc. Its such a shame because these sound so amazing, but cant hold a signal to save a life and are constantly dropping out. Also the syncing is awful on these and watching videos or movies on my pc, the audio was out of sync by a half second or more making them completely unusable in that regard. Using a USB 5.0 (the latest most super touted awesome usb bluetooth dongle) and they still had issues with sync and audio lag.

The Galaxy + enhanced their Ambient Sound feature... you now have 4 levels for Audio AND a level for phone calls which is new. The sound is crisp and the fit of the buds is better than the first (more sturdy). Im very glad to invest in this item.

These are my first ever Samsung Galaxy Buds. They work great & everything, but they slip out of my ears a lot when I'm working out or running, it happens quite often. I think I would much rather get some that hooks over your ears.

Purchased for my wife's Galaxy phone. These have good sound with plenty volume. There are 3 sets of ear "tips" so they'll fit almost everybody. They're comfortable in your ears. I expect these will last quite some time.

These earbuds are great, definitely worth the money. The only part that I don’t like is how they completely block out exterior sound so things such as chewing or singing seem intensified in your head as if you were wearing earplugs. I would definitely purchase them again though.

Seriously is this all you can do from Samsung? I was using raycon basic model and thinking Samsung name value and 2x more price, I expected much more than this. Sound isn’t that great no wide bass sound, pretty normal sound quality which you have to volume up almost towards the highest to get the right sound. I am certainly not deaf and has good hearing ability. I am using iPhone 8+ ,never in my life had to volume up the highest for earphones /headphones. I wish I could test those earbuds before I buy, with Covid there are samples of headphones still but no earbuds to test. How can you buy something like earphones over +$100 without even testing. I might try another month to see if I want to still keep it or refund

They work but were not comfortable, made my ears sweat and itch, sound quality good but not great. I tried apple airpods pro and found them MUCH more comfortable with great sound quality. I returned these.

At first I was skeptical bc of it being true wireless and the issues with the connection and other issues but these are great. Battery life: Crazy. Ambient is even more crazy it's that good. 20 dollar difference from the original buds, just get these.

The reason I purchased them was for me to be able to hide them at work from my bosses. And they work, they are not noticeable. I can be far away from my phone and my music will still be connected, without it being cut off or paused.

Bought these for my bf and he loves them as much as I love mine! I tried the buds live as well and there just wasn't enough noise cancelation. Definitely recommend if your looking for a good set of ear buds and your a Samsung lover!!

Would function properly 9 out of 10 times and the few times it doesn't it gets auto corrected. There is definitely an audio lag which is not getting fixed no matter what you do. And I do use a latest premium mobile device with these earbuds.

Really enjoying these earbuds! I have mine connected to my Samsung phone and they are great! This is my 3rd pair and passed on the other 2 to my kids. They have iPhones and these still connected and work great!!

I bought these ear buds for my son's birthday he had seen them in the store and it was the color he liked plus it is Samsung that's what our TV's and other electronics are best of all it was a great deal as always I can count on BEST BUYM

The samsung galaxy buds+. Are very comfortable and convenient to have especially with the charger case which keeps the buds charged when needed. Wish they have a little more bass but for the price its good enough

I was hoping for this earbuds to be great !! But unfortunately they didn't meet my expectations ! Call quality its awesome ,music wise Not good at all !! Unfortunately i will be returning them !!

Bought these for my husband for Fathers day and he loves them! Sound is amazing and he especially liked the color. Fit his ears good too, not like some that are made cheaply. Definitely worth the money!!!

The 1st Galaxy buds we purchased for our son last year were good. After 9 months, one bud failed. I've done extensive research and decided to go with the Buds+ to pair with his Galaxy phone and he was ecstatic! Points scored!

These ear buds were the perfect size for my tiny ears! It came with different sizes and little "wings" to keep them in my ears. They're perfect for my workouts and they don't fall out!! Tiny ear approved!!
