I am a loyal buyer of Samsung products. The customer service is poor, but the products are great! I love that they are coming out with different colors. These earphones are great! I do have some issue the ambient sound sometimes, like its sounds like its on when it shouldn't be.

My son has a pair of these and he loves them. We also purchased a set for a post prom prize and the winner of them loved them as well. Only wish they would put a tracking device in them for when he looses them.

Used every day for week now. Main purpose for wood work not for music. It's good not great. It's not that comfortable. It's impossible to have such a small in-ear headphones to produce good sound. It's okay noise canceling. Is what it is so get it if on sale.

Honestly, I love them but they have a fatal flaw. Whenever I am working out pretty hard they feel like they are falling out of my ears. Which is really annoying. But surprisingly enough, they do cancel noise and the battery life is really good.

Bought it as a gift for my mom, the only negative remark about these headphones was the pairing trouble one may have upon first use. Only one headphone was able to be paired and it took some troubleshooting and YouTube "How To's" to resolve the issue and get both buds working.

I love these earbuds I just bought a second pair now that I have the Galaxy S21 ultra and the app that goes with these earbuds make the earbud so much more nicer to have with all the functionality you can use in the app

The battery and sound quality of these buds are great. But the mic is terrible. For some reason, it seems to amplify ambient noise. I have received several complains about the noise during Zoom meetings and phone calls.

This product works very well and the storage/charging case is a great idea. My only comment is that I am having a little trouble fitting these comfortably in my ears. I really don't think that this is a product problem but instead just my ears finding the right fit.

Was surprised how rugged they are. I use them in the field, so they have kissed the concrete many times. Also was impressed with the ambient noise feature. They do slip out of ear occasionally. "Get the servc Plan," is my advice for everyone. Worth the money!

These earbugs are awesome, but i have funny ears. The medium is to big and the small is to small. I have tried multiple earbugs. However, these are the best in every other cstegory. I would buy them again.

love the fact that you can keep one one charge and the other one can be in your ear. The one in your ear go down and you put on charge and then use the other one . This is the 3rd and their is nothing wrong with other 2 pair

Second pair I've bought for my boyfriend so now I've bought 3 in total! Definitely great purchase. Love mine and my boyfriend loves his (he just lost them last year so I rebought then - that's how great they are!

They're literally the first gen buds with better battery life. Not worth the money and not for me. I like LOUD and punchy bass. Went with Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro. Better fit sound and much cheaper.

The Samsung earbuds are the best! I have tried so many others and they dont fit properly have short battery life and all all are priced over $200+. Thank you Samsung for the buds and Best Buy for bringing them out in the aura blue!

These are amazing. They don't have much bass but overall they're amazing. I use them everyday. Only thing is my ear is kind of small so it hurts after a while but overall it's great

Couldn't be happier, they are way nicer than the original ones. They come in a smaller case, earbuds really nice and the sound cancellation is good cant hear anything other than my music. I would recommend to anyone definitely a good buy!

I love these earbuds! They work amazingly with the galaxy wearable app, tons of options and really great performance. Battery life is a little bit weaker, but I don't mind for all the options they have.

I finally made the switch to wireless and I love these earbuds! They don't hurt my ears and I don't have to worry about getting tangled up in the cords and pulling my phone of the desk when I am working from home (all the time now).
