Overall, these are pretty nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes I can't get them to answer calls. I don't know if I'm touching in the wrong spot or if maybe there's a touch sensitivity setting that I have not found.

Bluetooth syncs well with almost all of our devices (tablets/phones/PCs). Audio is good. Haven't tried making a call with them yet, but all in all a nice set of wireless earbuds.

This is a great earbud to workout and daily use. I bough it for my wife and another one for my mom a week ago. I was advice to get one for myself. I just bought it at great price it’s perfect.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. The only thing is I have to get use to each tap, will activate something.. hence Spotify, volume on tablet etc. But this is my learning curve not Samsung's..

These ear buds make a big difference. They have done very well in the beginning stages. They are the typical deploy of all the other gadgets. I had to use some decay plants, but everything just turned out fine.

Music is ok.... Phone calls only work in quiet environment...... Easy to misplace..... Happens at least once a day :-(..... They stay in the ear better than expected!!!

I absolutely fell in love with these. My friend has the Sony pair & instantly after trying mine he went & exchanged them out for these. Your really missing out if these are not in you headphone collection.

For earbuds they are very reliable and comfortable. I do find that they fall out more now than when i first got them- so much so i have lost one. bummer. thank goodness i got the protection plan. Reliable and easy to connect.

We bought these earbuds as a Christmas present for our son. He was delighted. Though he says they don't sound as good as the wired earbuds that came with his Galaxy phone, he does like the convenience of not bothering with wires.

Very bright and functional for pre teen. I have the white so wanted to ensure mine didn't get mistaken for hers. These are also bright enough to look cool and she will be able to locate easily.

Overall these are great earbuds. Only issue so far is that I found out I cannot link my phone other than Bluetooth and app will not work with it. Seems to be an that older I-phones do not work well.

I'm giving two stars because the sound was decent. But every so often there was a loud static-pop sound that was extremely annoying. (Yes, they were fully charged, I was close to the device, and tried several devices.) But the worst part of these was how over-sensitive the cover-plate was. Any time I had to adjust it in my ear, or if I had my head sideways on the pillow and tucked my hand underneath, or if I just wanted to remove one from my ear, it would turn off. So disappointed. I'd saved for these and now I have to return them. Total design fail.

Well... SOOO I may have to say these are great but you know what's even better than these.... that I can wirelessly charge them with my s21 ultra when I forget my charger at home.

I like to go for walks outside just in my neighborhood and I listen to runkeeper and pandora plus I can answer phone should it ring and I do talk to my wife walking on my side as well as other outside noise.

Right now I hate these things and I'm about to take them back. They might be good for listening to music but I need them to answer calls and they don't do that! They connected easily and the sound is good but I have to manually answer and hang up calls because the touch controls don't work and Samsung won't help except to just keep telling you to reset everything! If I can't answer and hang up on calls, these things are useless! If I get them working, I'll come here with an update.

You would think that they fall out of your ears during use, but they actually fit pretty snug in there. Great sound quality and the "ambient" mode is super cool. Wish there were more color options

I am still trying to take advantage of the technology these ear buds have. Great for listening to music and very functional for my work. Comfort is important for me and I find the buds to be very good.

I bought them as a gift for my dad and he is in love with them! He cant hear me when i talk to him and i can't hear his music when he has the volume up! I think they're fantastic.. might get me a pair too!

This is my third pair of Galaxy Buds in a year, this time deciding to go with the Buds+. I NEVER write reviews but I want to warn everyone out there that these buds have serious issues. The first pair (normal Galaxy Buds) I bought worked great for 2 months and then had a charging issue where the left bud wouldn't charge past 15%. Not only that, the left bud volume was so quiet you could barely hear it even if you didn't have the right bud in. I tried every recommendation on Samsung's website to fix it but nothing worked. Shipped it to Samsung and they sent me another pair. Three months into the replacement pair, and once again, the left bud volume was so faint you couldn't hear anything out of it. For a solid month or two afterwards, I just listened with the right bud and eventually it started having problems holding a charge. I decided to buy one more pair, this time the Galaxy Buds+ thinking it may make a difference. Nope, same exact thing after three months of use. The left ear bud volume is so faint that you can't hear anything coming out of it. I once again have tried every suggestion on Samsung's website but nothing works. I have never dropped any pair of buds I have owned or gotten any water near them. There has never been any accidental damage of any kind. They sit in their case and get used for an hour or two each day when I go to the gym. Reading around the internet, this isn't exactly an uncommon problem and no one has a working solution for it. When they work, the sound quality is fantastic, but its not worth rolling the dice if you want a durable pair of ear buds. Save yourself the headaches and get something more reliable.

Having owned several top quality Samsung phones, it would be nice if I was able to experience the quality that Samsung is known for! These Samsung buds are nothing I expected it would be. Volume wasn't good, noise cancelling wasn't good and not even near the sound quality that some of the cheaper $40 ones I tried had. Disappointed and returned them for a great sounding cheaper brand. Maybe next time Samsung will deliver the quality that it's name carries..
