Product is good if you have a samsung phone. Otherwise, maybe look elsewhere. Fit could be better. It's too easy to accidentally trigger the touch functions when you try to take the earbuds out.

These are great headphones for the price. You're able to FF, adjust volume, etc. by tapping the bud. The blue tooth range isn't as good as some other brands but

Overall great buds. My only issue, which isn't necessarily an issue is that they do not cancel noise. I can still hear sounds beyond my sound. Otherwise they get the job done.

It's good to be able to sync and use these as a Bluetooth mic option while recording video in Pro Mode into your phone. The ambient noise level option work

I love how my phone automatically paired with the buds as soon as i put them in my ears. Its also easy to update the ear buds when the update is available

I bought one for me and one for my dad..mine disconnect all the time unfortunately when I'm in discord app. Not sure if it's discord or the buds. My dad had issues with it disconnecting just using it for music so we returned those for new ones and so far so good. I'd recommend buying protection plan because it acted up a month after and best buy only lets you return in 14 days..becausw of corona we were able to almost a month late. Other than disconnecting I like them.

Exactly what I was needing for my wife to have a better bluetooth experience with her Samsung phone. Came in on time and exactly as advertised, Highly recommend!

Definitely the best Bluetooth headphones I've ever owned. And I have owned a lot of headphones. Lots of great features and would highly recommend if you have a Samsung phone.

I have had them for 3 months now and have had no problems with connection or sound. The charging case works great. My one complaint is that they get slightly uncomfortable when left in for multiple hours.

When compared to Apple iPods, these earbuds fit perfectly and we’re harder to fall out. Sound quality is perfect and decent volume, but could still be a tad bit louder.

I bought these to replace my galaxy buds. The plus has a few more features, spotify integration and improved ambient awareness. Mic quality is much clearer when on calls.

Great product.They just fall out when I'm working out/walking.Yes,I've changed the bud covers but to no avail.Maybe someone else have an idea to help me on this? Still love em.

Wonderful birthday gift for my S.O.!! They have a Google Pixel 4xl and it paired nicely. The audio is great, and they like the small design of the buds.

Much more affordable than the AirPods and longer lasting also. I do however feel my AirPod pros cancel out noise a little better and the transparent mode is a plus.

I got exactly what I paid for. Best buy delivered on their part. Product arrived earlier than scheduled. I will always purchase thru Best Buy, just for that peace of mind.

The Galaxy Buds+ are great. At times I don't even remember they are in my ear. Easy to install on my phone.

I used to wear the Bose sound sport free buds. The sound was good, but there was a delay in videos for the voices. These Galaxy buds are perfect. Great sound and no delay.

I already had the buds and now own the buds+ I've made different test with music and recording the microphone and so far they both have the same sound quality.

Outstanding buds, good audio and lots of features with the galaxy wear app. Highly recommend if you're looking for good headphones. Although it lacks bass, it still does the job.

I love them what I love most is ai can use them with my IPhone 12 max pro. They were easy to pair and most of all does not hurt my ear and stays in play.
