This pair was a replacement from the pair I bought 15 months ago. They were out of warranty & it would have cost slightly less to fix them. I opted to buy a new pair. At this price I expect them to last longer than 15 months.

They paired easily with the TV but not always connecting. When they do connect they last about 90 minutes before dying. While connected they cut in and out and I am sitting no more than twelve feet from the set. There are times when they are connected but there is no sound and the right bud will only charge to 85% maximum. I have a Bose headset that connects almost automatically and sounds great but by the end of the day because I wear glasses they often hurt my nose and ears from the pressure. I seriously considered getting Apple buds but thought Samsung to Samsung was a smarter option. I think I was wrong. I would love to use these more but I don't like the required effort if they decide not to work.

Unfortunately, they don't fit quite right in my ears and it can be hard to hear someone (or music) while in a crowd. I'm a big fan of Samsung, and maybe I'm using the product incorrectly, but I prefer traditional headphones for better quality.

Not comfortable and could not stay in my ear

I tried every possible combination of the different ear pieces but they kept falling out. Could only wear for short periods too bulky in ear canal causing ear pain
