Because of the poor fit, I have to adjust them often and when I touch the earbuds it jumps to another song. Not good. I think I should have shopped around more before my purchase. Would not recommend.

Just Bought the JBL Live300TWS tonight because I am so Tired of the Samsung Galaxy Bud + not working... And so Far they are way better, especially audio wise... Like OMG the sounds is a Crazy difference, the SB+ I would have to have a Max volume wile listen to music but the JBL is louder / more clear only at half volume Will update if need be, but I think I'm done with all Samsung products , switching to the Google Pixel 6 pro soon aswell so by Samsung <3

But I have problems with the Bluetooth connection. The first connection of the day always its hard. Star connecting then disconnects...... again and again and again. After several attempts, they stay connected.

I don't know if it's simply just the way my ear is shaped or the product itself. It feels more like it's my ears then the device but for that kinda money I feel there should be a way to make it work.

They were purchased less than 2 months ago and now the right earbud no longer works. The return period for these types of products should be longer. It seems they know that they don’t last beyond 30 days so if you run into a problem you have to buy a new set. There were a gift to my husband since he’s an Android user. I have AirPods and AirPods plus. Never had a problem with either. You couldn’t pay me enough to switch to Samsung. All his devices have had issues. And now these earbuds are useless. Sabe your money.

They lack a richer sound. And during calls its hard for the person im talking to to her me.
