I have went back into the store because they dont work. Ive never damaged them at all. I use them when Im working. Ive tried everything. I went back to the store and they said I had to contact Samsung because I had them less then a year its a,manufacturing issue. Well of course I cant reach anyone. So im out of my money without no help to be fixed. Not happy at all!! I pressed ONE STAR and it added two. Another glick!! Now its two days over my year manufactures warranty. Go figure.

Ear Buds
