    No volume on left earbud

    Purchased dec 1 2020. Worked perfectly and sounded great until june 14 2021. Left earbud now has almost no sound. I followed troubleshooting guide. Cleaned buds extra well, Tried the locate my buds feature to even sound on both buds with no new results, next i tried totally discharging buds batteries and recharging. No change in left side volume. Next im going to try to return or exchange. These are almost unusable with no left side volume. They were a 5 star product until left side volume dropped to near 0..

    Uneven sound

    After a year of ownership, I cannot recommend these buds. After just a few months of use, one bud became louder than the other and nothing has fixed it. I've tried literally everything, but the left side stays louder than the right.

    I don't like them they are over rated the bass wasn't loud enough for me I didn't like the fact that I could hear my dog tapping the floor and the sound isn't top quality for me and I own a lot of Samsung products. I owned them for two days and took them back.

    This is my first set of earbuds and I am not impressed. They fall out easily and seem to require a lot of extra steps not necessary with headphones. A lot of money to avoid the person in the next room having to hear a Zoom call

    Purchased these to use with my new samsung z flip mobile phone. Unfortunately the design of the phone needs alot of improvement. Headphones seem to work alright with similar brand of product but the sojnd quality isnt very good.

    Over time it seems like you can’t hear as good unless you have both earbuds in. I expected a little more from samsung on these. The app for the controls is not that great either. Maybe I need to trade up.

    Wish I used them more. Thought I would have some more use out of them. Not great since they don't have noise canceling. Expensive since you can get similar for way cheaper.

    My left bud died on me. plus, there should be an option to press a button on the case to help locate the buds. It's Tedius having to only go on the app when You're not near your phone or device .

    Broke right after warranty

    Two weeks after warranty was over, the left ear bud went out. Contacted Samsung and they confrimed that it was hardware. But wouldn't replace it.

    Epic sound for the price. Just dont get them wet!!! Left one is dead already. Walked through the rain with it... Dead. Rice could not even save it... Maybe i just got a dud set.

    The left ear bud went out after 1 month. Got a replacement and every now and then the left earbud disconnects..I use them for work..sometimes the people on the other end say I sound muzzled. They are ok but not worth the price.

    Ok, i may really like Samsung, but i will call them out in a minute. Right to the point, the mic's are positioned in the wrong spot. For me, they always sound muffled when my woman uses them.

    The Samsung Galaxy earbuds were OK. Unfortunately they were they are not noise canceling so people at work full people I would talk to on the phone would hear everything in the background.

    Color is nice they are tiny but I had an issue with one of the buds I brought it and the right bud wouldn’t connect to the case

    Used it over 2 years still going strong. It had some software issue at the beginning, but it got better after they patched it. Too bad they brought the Pro bud after I purchased it.

    I never had true wireless headphones before but the are really choppy at times. If you move it from sensors in the earbud it effects the sound. It has really cool features I really recommend trying the app with this

    My Earbuds came in 2 days ago from (4/3/2020) and I'm already having issues with one of the earbuds not charging. The left bud is fully charged vs the right one is sitting at 30%. I've tried cleaning both the bud and the charging case and even fully charged the case itself however the right bud is not charging. I also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the bud. Overall I love these earbuds, I love how they function however the fact that I'm already having performance issues after 2 whole days is kind of disappointing. If someone can reach out to me and help me find a solution on how to fix this issue, I would be willing to change my review.

    These integrate well with the Samsung phone (S10). However the sound quality is not what I would expect for the price. You don't get the bass quality you get from Beats headphones although the price point is very comparable.

    I purchased but I have not used. I'm waiting for the time frame when I can return these back to bestbuy. Hopeful that I wont be charged a reshelving fee. Disappointed that I was not given the option to purchase insurance.

    Great fit and colors to choose from. Sound quality was disappointing. When I searched how to improve the sound. The tutorials I found were useful but way to many steps to improve the sound to be still be only average.
