I enjoy ALL Samsung but these earbuds were not what I was expecting. The microphones are located in an awkward place which made it hard for people to hear me during phone calls.

They didn't last long before they died. They no longer offered this model. They did work great up until that point.

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I think I feel much better using these at home because using these out and about, the sound quality gets pretty glitchy and I like my music with no disruptions.

Everything works. Just not loud enough for me. I need screaming highs and clear bass for my metal playlists. Get the JBL Club Pros or the Beats Pros my buddy compared them with.

Sound quality is average, battery last about 8hrs, good for typical work day. If you work longer hours like i do, probably stick to wired ear buds, at least as a back up while they recharge

Blue tooth connection is limited in distance to the room it is connected to if walk to another room in house looses connection. Sound quality is ok but one ear bud rattles from time to time.

These ear buds are ok. Hard time keeping them in my ears though. Sound quality is so-so. You'd think Samsung could make a better sounding ear bud. Best Buy service was great though!

I like the "hearing aid " feature. Like most ear buds you cannot get enough volume. But falling out into your soup socks. Would not recommend or buy again

The sound quality was good but I got the mainly for the call quality and that was not as good as advertised. Also the multi point connection only works if you use it with multiple Samsung devices.

I have a samsung phone and a samsung watch so i wanted to try samsungs buds. I dont like their latest and greatest or the ones that could have came with my phone so i decided to try the +. Not happy with them, ok sound quality, no voice telling you that the buds are on or off and doesnt tell you the battery strength. I am not impressed with these buds at all. They are defiantly not worth the hundred plus price tag thats for sure. Maybe half of that at best. Unfortunately im going to keep looking for a better pair of buds.

The ambient sound is not for me. it sounds like I am in some dreamy echo chamber. And the volume control is a total hassle to get them to a decent volume. They work, but it's a hassle.

The headset work really great, one thing I didn't like about it you cannot connect two phones simultaneously it's either or. Now if you have only one cell phone then you would like it.

I purchased these in Sept 2020 as a Christmas gift so they weren't activated until after Christmas. Since Dec. 2020 they have not functioned well at all. The left earbud starts out going in and out and then it eventually just stops working. My daughter purchased a pair from a different retailer months before I did, and the same thing happened to that pair. I thought I should buy Samsung brand earbuds so they would be more compatible with my cell phone, but now I wish I had went with the other brand.

Not worth the high price. Couldn't sync my Kindle. The battery doesn't last long and they're always fall out of my ears. The cheap plantronics lasted longer & seldom fell out The red ones are pretty

I have a Note 10+ that I wanted to connect these to. The sound quality is just ok. I prefer my Bose ear phones due to much richer sound. They seem to move out of my ear over time so fit is an issue.

Very touchy! when I try to adjust the position in my ear, the ear buds change what I'm watching on my tablet. They also have different beeps and the owners manual says nothing about it.

    Galaxy Buds ➖

Do not waste your money on these! Throw your phone in your pocket and walk around outside and you will instantly take them back. They sound absolutely terrible compared to the original galaxy buds or any ear buds/phones I've ever heard as far as quality. I took back the original galaxy buds because they would cut out from time to time. These plus buds are way......... worse. Put your hand over your pocket and the music goes away or gets choppy. Turn your head, the same result. Do nothing, choppy. I had my phone in my hand and they even cut out. The bluetooth connection is garbage. My thought is, that they changed a lot of things to cram a bigger battery in the same housing and sacrificed sound quality and connectivity.

I have the first version of the Galaxy Bud and was looking forward to the upgrade for the battery life. However, while they fit perfectly into my ears after the install and updated was complete, the right bud is significantly lower than the left. Tried troubleshooting based on information I found online, NOTHING worked! Disconnect and reconnect? No! connecting to another device and reconnecting to my Note 10+? No! I'll return them first thing tomorrow morning!
