They have this echo some time, as if I'm standing in a hallway. I still hear noise from outside of the headphones and it also loses connection to my phone out of nowhere.

This is my 3rd set i continue to lose them no matter how i place them in my ear. I like to have cordless but these are not for me. I like the clarity, and the sound is awesome.

This is a great pair of headphones for those that do not sweat but the smallest little bit of water will mess these headphones up so my only drawback to these is that there are not water resistant.

They work okay with the Apple ecosystem. I notice the sound quality and performance degrading over time. If you plan on owning this for a good while, I’d go with something else

Did not like them. The sound was not great, caused my ears to ring. Did not feel like they would stay in my ears. Used with a Samsung Note 10+ Returned and bought apple.

Sound pretty good. The equalizer is only 5 presets with no customization. Could be louder, could have more bass. The nass boost eq was VERY muddy. Did not keep.

Worthless. The microphone is so messed up when trying to use for video calling on my laptop. When I plug wired headphones into my laptop it automatically starts using them for audio output and input. When I'm connected to these headphones via bluetooth, it doesn't pick up audio from the microphone on the buds. I was able to change the settings in Messenger and make them work, but for conferencing services I have not been able to use them. Either the audio or the microphone won't work. I was able to make them temporarily work in Chrome by setting them as the default microphone for the app, but this setting is erased every time I disconnect the buds (which happens every time I take them out of my ears). I'm reading experiences from other people online and it seems like this is both common and essentially not correctable. I wish I'd considered this possibility beforehand. Somehow I assumed for $100 I'd get a product that would work at least as well as my cheap wired headphones. It's incredibly frustrating and I feel like I wasted so much money when a pair of simple $10 ear buds with a wire works seamlessly every time.

I bought a pair last week. I've never spent so much money in my life for headphones but I figured why not. Literally 8 days later the right earbud falls out of my ear, and is damaged. Completely irreparable. I go to Best Buy they tell me they can't fix it. They tell me to contact Samsung. I text Samsung and go back and forth with their customer support for an hour just to give me a ticket number. He tells me to replace the right earbud its going to cost me $83.33. Mind you I just paid $140 for a brand new pair 8 days earlier. Then he tells me to call Samsung with the ticket number. I called Samsung, gave the lady the ticket number and she told me it will cost me $108.00 for the new earbud. I feel ripped off.

These buds are terrible. The controls absolutely suck and unresponsive. I have to tap my buds at least six times to get it to answer calls. That means two taps, three times, to get it to answer. There's so many accidental touches. I'm using Pixel 4 XL. The audio quality is God awful even on AAC. Perhaps with a Samsung device it may sound great and function better but with a Google Pixel 4 it's horrid. If you're using Samsung device likely going to be a positive experience. However anything else looks somewhere else.

They are nothing compared to the first buds I got over a year ago. My first ones were more solidly built, the case was 10 time better, and they actually charged when in the case. I got these because I washed my old ones by accident. The new ones don't charge right in the case so I'm constantly having to switch them out so I can listen to music at work. The case is self feels cheaply made. It creaks when you open and close the lid. Just overall not good quality like they used to be.
