I've done multiple things (as recommended) to fix the issue and nothing worked. I reset my phone, deleted the Galaxy Wearable app and re downloaded it, disconnected and connected the headphones countless times. Let the batteries drain and try to recharge them hoping it would work. NOTHING. I tried to contact the seller and no reply. I contacted a Samsung representative they said "go to a repair center" FOR A BRAND NEW SET OF HEADPHONES FRESH OUT OF THE BOX? I shouldn't have to get something repaired that's brand new. Really disappointing that I paid $140 for one working headphone

These buds have a great battery and that's about it. No one can ever hear me when I talk through the buds. And I always hear static on my end. And whenever I play music or stream a show using my buds it stutters the sound. I am so aggravated I bought these!

Don’t forget they were sold to apple. So the true ones who cares about the sound that lived in music is extinct and apple another company who has breeches and loves money better than a product
