Bought a pair in 2021. Its now 2024 and theyre still going strong. Sound quality is excellent, charges quickly and still has a long battery life three years in. The case can charge the earbuds multiple times on a single charge. Pretty good blocking outside noise as far as earbuds go, and the ambient noise mode is convenient as well. Definitely buying another pair ones these ones finally go.

These buds started off AMAZING!!!! Great clarity for phone calls and my callers no longer complain of background noise! The button function is super easy and playback sound is also GREAT! So why only one star? When I first purchased these you could program the third button push to a number of different items including Bixby OR voice activation. It was wonderful because I use Google assistant for all my voice activation. Well...about a month after the purchase (after the return date expired) Samsung did an update and REMOVED the option for "voice activation". You can ONLY choose Bixby now. So horrible!!! I understand that you want to promote your own programs but don't remove options just because your program isn't doing well. Wish I could return them.

It worked well for the first 2 months. Now the earbuds volume is much lower than what it was when I first received it. Cleaning and updating the software also did not fix the issue.

Not impressed. Not comfortable. Color is cool tho.

I researched these buds for hours before I made the decision to purchase them. When I did, I called friends to ask them about the call quality. To my surprise, the responses were varied. Some said I sounded like speaking like I was on speaker phone while others said I had a full sound. I don't know if it's these buds or it varies per phone but it's really strange to have such varied responses. For movies and music, I'm wondering what all fuss was about. The audio is tinny with no bass at all no matter the EQ setting (and yes, ambient was turned off). No matter how I adjusted the buds, the sound was the same. I'm hoping that I just happened to get a dud pair and that I can exchange them for a new pair. If this is how they REALLY sound, I've been ripped off.

They Kept falling out of my ears , especially when I'd bend over. And if I dropped one while my hands were full it was very easy to misplace one of the buds . The sound quality, etc was good.

After wearing for a couple of hours it hurts my ears.

Fist time I ever tried wireless buds and I chose these based on the reviews. I was wrong. These are not good and the sound is very tinny. I'm going back to my Bose wired.

I have used the buds and they fall out of my ears.

They fit okay but they aren't sensitive enough when i have to answer a call or do other things. I felt like i had to press down hard to try & make it work & sometimes that didn't work. I'm very disappointed & I'm returning these.

These are the worst ear buds I have ever used. They wouldn’t fit in my ear right to start. Then when I played music, it sounded like I was holding the earbuds away from my ears and could barely hear anything with the volume maxed out. I tried everything and even went online to see if I was doing something wrong. I tried 2 sets and they were both the same. The touch pad on the outside of the earbuds is a joke. Don’t try to adjust them in your ear while something is playing or you’ll be pressing buttons. Returned for the Bose QC Earbuds, which I should have purchased in the first place.

Great volume poor fit. These buds were too bulky for my small ears so I returned them. I like the control function on the buds, but I would end calls and skip songs trying too adjust them in my ears. Great concept, poor execution.

For earbuds that cost as much as these do they should not have Bluetooth connection issues. After reading online it seems the Bluetooth connectivity (or lack thereof) is a known issue with the Samsung buds+. In a period of a little over 1 week, They kept getting muffled or have unclear sound on numerous runs whether the phone was in my hands or pocket. I would have to disconnect then reconnect in order for these to start working correctly which is super inconvenient for someone that as active. I returned these and will be getting the Bose earbuds instead.
