None of the features operate as expected and I always skip, pause or start songs as I'm trying to remove the buds from my ear. The case is easily scratched forcing you to get a separate case. The sound is fine but not anything great. I've had cheaper headphones that sound just as good.

Amazing sound quality for the price.

These worked flawlessly out of the box with my S9+, are comfortable, and sound great for the price. Though to get the best out of them, I found that playing with EQ settings is best. I personally lowered the high frequencies and raised the low frequencies.

Great Buds but Too Advanced for Me?

I consider myself considerably intelligent and tech savvy but could never master the simple use of answering incoming calls or disconnecting calls from the buds. I became frustrated and essentially my dog put me out of my misery by chewing up the right bud. The left bud still charges and works but will not get updates if the right bud isn't also in the charging case.
