No mute, they automatically change from noise cancellation to active noise without being prompted, the volume doesn't get that loud, and you and your caller can hear your background with noise cancellation on

I've only used Samsung phones since Note 3 came out. I now have the Note 10+ and I hate that it doesn't have a dedicated headphone jack. I am kinda late to the wireless earbud game and was always afraid if i tried them i'd lose one but WOW ive been missing out! I absolutely love everything about them! I will never go back to wired earbuds. Plus the color is beautiful and match my phone.

The buds + battery life is 10x better than the original. With these I feel like they never run out and I wear at least one almost 16 hours a day. I’m also glad that they are iPhone friendly this time around. I’m able to use features I wasn’t able to use before and the app is extremely helpful to adjust functionality. The sound is about the same as the old buds but I’m not complaining. Definitely a good buy.

So I decided to upgrade to the galaxy buds plus and they are very good. The ambient noise feature is even better and make it easy to hear what is going on around you. If you turn off ambient noise they are basically noise cancelling, though not officially. Great sound, great features. I use with a samsung phone.
