I had previously owned the first gen. Samsung earbuds and these blow those out of the water, no more charging case issues, better sound, and a more sleek design. Only negative I have is while running, if they get sweaty they tend to slowly fall out of your ears and you have to keep pushing them back in. Overall, 9/10 recommend buying.

Favorite headphones, this is 3rd pair I am purchasing because they are so good and its nice to have an extra pair at the house. Sound quality is great. I still have a hard time using the earbud to swipe to next song but its easy to pause them and turn the volume up and down.

Bought this for myself( 7/6) since I wanted to see how these were and had a award certificate that I had to use. Didn't use them a whole lot initially since I was using a different set that was wireless but the ear phones were connected to each other by a wire. SO I had a flight to AZ and they performed as intended. But lately I had the left bud dropping out so you wouldn't hear anything. It would connect for about a minute and then disconnect. Battery was fully charged. Samsung wasn't much help since I had already done every thing that they told me to do. Tried to take them back since the web site said you have until 8/5 to return and they told me it was past the 15 day window ( SHOULD be a 30 day window!) but that they were covered under warranty. Ended up sending them to Samsung for repairs so we will see how long that takes.

They are great buds, good charge life, OK sound quality (not Bose). Be aware though that if you do certain activities, HITT, Punching bag, etc, they may fall out. I can see where they may be easy to lose if you where in the woods trail running and they fell out. Other than that, love them.

You first have to increase the volume before you can really enjoy them and on Samsung devices you have to go into the sound settings to increase the volume because they have it set on low and they do that for hearing protection but I can't really hear it so it took me 30 minutes to figure out why it wasn't working

I'm a mobile tech, and was in need of a wireless headset to take calls while working. A coworker recommended these. I like that you can use them one at a time while the other one charges. Good sound quality. Callers can hear me pretty good with minimal background noise. And grate sound when listening to music in between calls.

Just got them and love them. Use everyday at work.

Good quality but battery life and fit could improve

I’ve searched high and low for earbuds that are comfortable for my ears. I usually have to return them due to ear pain. When I purchased these I told myself these would be the last pair that I try. However I was surprised when I put them in they felt different right away, but I wasn’t convinced just yet. The following day I took them to work and wore them for 11hrs no pain. Only thing I changed on these was I put on the smallest tips they provided. I used the medium size ear hook ring it fit nicely in my ear. For me that’s an A+ on comfort. Next sound, the sound could use some TLC, it’s a bit anemic and for me the eq settings in the app really didn’t do much. However this is not a deal breaker for me I listen to podcast, the radio and some music and the sound was good enough me. Next the look, I love the look sleek and classy. Lastly the controls , I’ve found the controls to be ok not the most responsive but I find this to be true with a lot earbuds that use touch control. It’s not horrible just not the most responsive. I really like the earbuds overall for the comfort alone, not sure if they will be as comfortable for you but they work really for my small ears

They are really good quality but they keep falling out my ear

These were birthday present for my 14 yr old grandson. He LOVES these things. He's into computers and takes several online classes plus likes to listen to music at the computer. He described all the things these earbuds can do that I was not even aware of when I bought them.

Great sound but battery doesn’t last very long alil frustrating

Good ear buds very easy to set up and use would recommend

Buds are comfortable, but I cannot find a fitting that stays in my ear when moving. They are easy to connect and the sound quality is really good. Battery life could be better. They need to add an alert when battery life is low, or provide battery status each time you use them .
