The downside for me would be comfort, I can’t wear them as long as Apple AirPods before they start to bother me. I’d still recommend them but probably don’t expect to wear them for hours at a time

I listen to music all day while at work and these last a long time. Also the case charges these up really quick during breaks so it lasts throughout the day.

The rest of the sound quality is super clear and the microphone works surprisingly well for these being buds. So far I've used them with my Galaxy S10 and my new Galaxy S21 Ultra. Performed flawlessly with both phones.

Dropped signal for me once or twice, though it seems like a fluke. They reconnect almost immediately though. No real complaints. Battery life is EXCELLENT (main selling point for me). Definitely best bang for buck that i've researched.

These worked very well and the sound is fantastic. It is nice to not fight a cord while I am working. I haven’t given them a rough workout to see how well they stay in, but I am optimistic. The price was very reasonable compared to their competitors.

No aptx - hd for Bluetooth but it's fine since they sound good, too bass heavy for me but I know people like absurd bass. 11hrs of playtime in ear is I think one of the best in true wireless. And call quality is amazing. The ambient mode is miles above anyone else's. I think I can actually hear better with full ambient mode. Cons: If you put the phone in your pocket IT DOES NOT STAY CONNECTED! I have numerous phones (Moto G7 Power, Stylo 4, and Asus 5Q.) and I thought maybe it was cause it's a midrange phone or maybe settings or... No! Shouldn't matter! My $25 earbuds work great so for 6x the price these should be better in every way. They're not, instead they're trash.

They connect seamlessly on several devices. The fit is excellent and the sound punches above the reasonable price that these are offered. My son bought a set shortly after I got mine. These are a great part of my EDC and I won't leave home without them.

It also has pretty innovative ideas (to me at least) such as a battery in the case that charges the ear pods. Then the back part of each ear pod has a touch sensor with each tap (1 2 or 3) you can do certain actions like pausing music, skipping music, etc

Not enough volume

Just not loud enough for me like other blue tooth buds I've used, which put out about twice the volume of these. Got a free Samsung charger with this purchase so that was good.

They are very comfortable in my ears and sound pretty good. The ambient noise function is great when I'm out walking the dogs. The cherry on top is when I open the case and they pop up on my S21. So cool.

Sound was really clear and nice. I would give it 5 stars if the bass was better. if your not into deep bass these are one of the best for the money. wireless charging is nice too

I love the ambient noise setting so I can listen to music and still hear my surroundings very clearly. The fittings to get the closest fit are great. Great headphones. I lost an earbud once, and I used the Samsung Wearables app to find the lost earbuds, it was great.
