Best buy sent the buds really quick. The buds 2 sound amazing. They are a little less crisp than the pro but the n I ise cancelation is excellent. These buds are a go to just sitti g arou d the house.

They're okay. Pretty disappointed in these compared to my older galaxy buds. Find them falling out moving around a lot more and I've tried all 3 different insert sizes.

Great working earbuds for a great price. Purchased these for my husband after his Bose wireless sport buds stopped functioning, I figured since he has a Samsung phone that these would have to work. He is so happy with these he wont take them off.

I’ve had these earbuds for over a year now, and I gotta say, I’m not that thrilled about them. I started off liking them a lot. They sounded good, and I liked the ambient noise feature. However, just before the warranty ended, the bass driver in one ear died and lost a lot of its volume. Got it sent in, Samsung fixed it, thought all was good. 5 months later and the other earbud’s bass driver dies. No more warranty so I’m stuck with one ear that’s significantly lacking in volume. Really wish Samsung would’ve made a longer lasting product especially since I paid over 160 for these. Should’ve went with the AirPod pros. My wife’s AirPods still work after 3+ years.

Granted I'm a bit more of an audiophile than most people I find these lacking in sound quality and volume. Have a set of Beats that are bluettoh but not completely wireless. The Beats are louder, have a fuller richer sound with more bass. Thr samsung are purely mids and highs. Thry have to be turned up to what would equate to arlund 3/4 volume or more to be worth listening to. They would have been returned for the wireless Beats but we missed the return by date.

Best earbuds ever , work excellent over all.....no trouble learning how to use them very handy and durable not invasive to the ears, battery life lasts long and the price is right.....

I like having one ear piece in at a time and the sound quality is great, I can do my work and it let's me know when I have a text message or phone call. The Bluetooth is really good too. When I have both ear bud's in the sound quality is really good.

Love these! This is my first time using an earbud type headphone, and it was odd at first, but now I love it. Very comfortable, good sound, great when I get a phone call, as I am heard well on the other end. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought these as a gift. I was told they were good sounding. There is a connection issue at times, but overall pretty good ear buds. Comfort was good and touch controls were also good. If it wasn't for the connection issues, it'll be really good.

Bought this for my mother and it's a great sound earbud as long as it stays in your ear. Unfortunately it can sometime fall out of your ear if it doesn't fit well. You also need a Galaxy phone to get all the features from it.

Great product, wonderful sound, love the ability to change songs and turn up the volume with each bud. There is only one downside. Sometimes it does not connect both earbuds when taking on the phone. That is a rarity though.

The ear buds do a decent job. Sometimes the touch end doesn't work as well as I would like. Over all they are a 4 out 5. Sound is decent, decent on calls and online meetings. Keep a charge for a long time. If the touch was a bit better, they would be an easy 5.
