Great product. Was a little sceptical about purchasing them since the first Buds were not that great on call quality but the Buds+ did not disappoint. I love the amount of control you have from just the ear piece its self.

Took a few minutes to pair to the phone but once paired they work amazing. The sound quality and noise canceling is really superb. Definitely recommend these to anyone that doesn't want to buy Bose, or even Beats.

Sound is Excellent. The Samsung - Galaxy Buds + True Wireless Earbud Headphone is great especially for the listening pleasure of music. When fitted snuggly into your ears, you hear zero external noises.

So far, so good! I can't complain. The sound quality is decent. I'm not overly impressed but I'm satisfied! I wish they were water resistant and had noise cancellation but, that's not what I purchased so...all is well.

I purchased and ended up returning these earbuds. Where I work is very noisy and the people I was talking with during phone calls said the noise workplace noise came through when using these earbuds but not when talking on just the handset (S9+) or using my older Plantronics Voyager headset. Also, I had been listening to audiobooks and the sound would occasionally, momentarily and sporadically, sound "robotic" or "low bit rate". When it was working properly, they worked and sounded good. The battery life was good, and the comfort was good. But the poor handling of background noise by the ear buds and the occasional audio distortion made it a no go for me.

My wife loves it for and its for her xmas gift!!! The color matches her samsung20, sounds quality and the the functionality superb.. easy to use specially for her jogging and exercise. Highly recommended.

These are so much better than the current gen Buds Pro i bought to replace with these broke. bring this design back please, the unibody bean shape is awful

I lost my airpods and bought these now that I switched to a samsung phone and very happy to see the quality is not any less despite the price being much lower. They fit in my ear nicely.

Fits great and actually stays in my ear with no pain for more than 8 hours too bad my ear tries to slide it out, I have to keep wiping it after a while it's only fell out once but you can tell when it's coming loose.

Sorta bulkier in a different way, my welding helmets rubs and pushes them into my ear much more than the buds pro.. Otherwise great

Sounds great for music but not to speak with someone using the earbuds. Sent them back to Samsung to see if they can be replaced.

They stay in pretty well, but I felt like they were never loud enough. I did try going into the settings to try to remedy this. They are great if you want to hear everything going on around you though.

The buds plus are the best in ear-true wireless buds I've owned. They're very easy to use, you can even modify the settings on the galaxy app. I highly recommend these buds to those who come across them.

I love these. The range is awesome, sound quality is great, I like the easy touch options and the ambient sound is great for my job. I sometimes bump the touch pad while adjusting the earbud but it's not obnoxious.

These are my 1st pair of truely wireless headphones and so far they are great. Extremely easy to use and love that they connect automatically when you take out of the case and disconnect when you put them away

love the sound quality, and the noise cancelation. if the noise cancellation was a little better on phone calls(Backround noise)-these buds would be amazing! i have them in my ears for hours-very comfortable,love these buds!

These wasn't for me I picked the live ones over this. These are good for blocking noise completely even with no music playing. I need to be aware of my surroundings that's what the live gives me.

I had the original buds and they were crap. Could not make a call at all. Now the plus are 100% better and with the apple app this makes it better then the AirPods. I returned my AirPods and this will be my new buds.

Love these headphones! The color is pretty and the fit is great. I sometimes think they're gonna fall out but they haven't yet even during vigorous work outs.

Had to return. Didn't want to...loved them but could not control the volume w/o a smartphone or wearable Galaxy, etc. They came w/ pre-set volume on low. They were easy to connect, looked great, and felt very comfortable but I could not hear them w/o absolute silence. Not! I spent lots of time with the Geek Squad experts and also looked everywhere online for a solution. Conclusion: if the volume control menu option is not built right into my Samsung Smart TV, I can't control the volume on Galaxy+ Buds. For most this isn't a problem, they have a smartphone or other devices. But I don't have a smartphone or wearable...just a Smart TV!
