I have trouble with callers hearing my outside noise. I am sure there is a setting in the app to correct this, just have not figured it out. But the sound quality is great!

The sound quality is clear and not tinny at all. The case and the earbuds do not take long to charge up. The case for them is a bit large to be able to just pop in your pocket.

Overall, its just amazing.

In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. The earbuds’ touch actions are set to single tap and tap and hold by default. To use all the earbuds’ touch actions, launch the Galaxy Wearable app, and tap Touch controls to activate the related features. Lightly tap the touch pad one time for the following options: Play a track. Pause a track. Quickly tap the touch pad two times for the following options: Play the next track. Answer or end a call. Place the current call on hold and answer a second incoming call. Switch between a current call and a call placed on hold. Quickly tap the touch pad three times for the following options: Play previous track. Start the current track over at the beginning. Touch and hold the touch pad for the following options: Activate a custom shortcut. Decline a call. Turn the microphone on or off during a call. But I honestly loved these the best. They cancel out the most noise and have amazing sound quality.

I liked the time you got with them and a case to charge them with. They are so small, people talk to me not realizing I have them in. Sound is amazing as well.

I was happy the first few days I used this product. But As of today, only about a month and a half since I bought these earbuds, one of them no longer works. It has a beeping sound on the left side. I have not damaged them myself, it one day just didn’t work. I looked into returning the product but it seems I don’t have time anymore. What do you do when you buy a new product and you’re not protected from a faulty product?
