Best buds ever!!! I use them on the iPhone 12 pro max with a Samsung 20.00 phone to update. Better than any true wireless.

Great value especially if you have a Samsung phone. No discomfort wearing them and have had them playing 8 hours continuously with no fault.

Sounds great. Love the battery life. Comfortable and small. Would have given it 5 star if it was waterproof. That is the only issue I have with them so far.

I work on the road long hours, and this is great for calls on the road or music while working. I never have had to worry about battery life.

i am not a fan of apple products so upgraded from samsung buds to buds+ so far so good, sound louder and seem to charge faster than the previous version.

I tried returning my Galaxy Buds2 after 3 weeks because it is defective. The supervisor, I think the name is Chris, said that it is past the company's return date of 2 weeks. I tried to negotiate with him to allow me a return because I would like to get another earbuds from the store. He shut me down, however, and did not even suggest what to do with the defective item. THE SUPERVISOR WAS RUDE & NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED FROM AMAZON WHICH HAS A 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW. When I picked up the item, I was not informed that BestBuy only has a 15-day return policy.

It s a very good bud but the sound quality is not well defined. Their mics are awesome and fit perfectly.

So comfortable to wear. Can wear them for hours without any issues or my ears hurting. Would totally recommend them.

Sound quality is amazing! I love how I can adjust the ambiance for the ear buds. Phone calls are also clear with both talking and listening.

I like how easy they were to set up and control with the app. I was hesitant to spend that much on earbuds, but a lot of ppl i know had them.
