Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds2 don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Check out, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" for some more helpful tips and tricks on getting the most comfortable fit for your ears. We also recommend using the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Since I'm not familiar with any other brand or type or how long a charge should last, I can only say that I bought them based on the positive reviews and I like them so far. I bought them because I will be traveling in a few weeks and new phones no longer include wired ear buds. The true test will be how they perform during the flight and how long they hold a charge. Hence the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

While the sound is decent I feel the sound quality of my AirPods is far superior. I'm not sure if it's a flaw of the product but I notice with these Galaxy buds I could hear myself "in my head" with a noticeable echo. I understand this has something to do with the ambient noise cancellation but even when that feature wasn't turned on I couldn't get used to the echo effect. While these did allow some customization via the iPhone app I didn't feel it made any noticeable differences.
