They are better than average, but I expected so much more from such an expensive pair of headphones. Pros Convenient. The charging case is excellent. Battery life. Comfortable. Cons Can only pair with one device at a time!!! This is a showstopper for me. Sound quality is surprisingly poor. There are a limited number of "modes" and all of them sound a little flat.

Excellent usage with Samsung phones!

Says they're actually the first pair that fits in her ears well since she has small ears. Connects easily with the phone and doesn't lose connection at all. Loves the recharging case and we did purchase a silicone case cover to keep them more protected since she's a bit rough on electronics. I tried them 2x and have liked them so much for myself that I purchased a pair as well.
