I love them so much, they work perfectly. It is so nice that I can turn on ambiance and still be able to hear around me.

Sound quality is great but they don’t fit well in my ear.

Ambient noise function allows you to pay attention to your surroundings but also listen to music or your favorite podcast at the same time.

Sound did not have enough bass for me, and the volume was low. I am not sure if there was an issue after an update or something, but sound quality changed after a few days of use. Possibly an issue with the left earbud. I didn't like the touch controls. When doing situps for example, I would constantly pause the sound. This is overly sensitive and perhaps an actual button would solve this problem. It is possible to disable touch controls in the software, but a quicker on and off somehow is desirable. I have also accidentally hit the touch while talking on the phone, and I entered a state where the other person could not hear me. When I looked at the phone, it did not show me as muted. My only option at that point was to touch it again which did hang up the phone. There was no intuitive way to return to a conversation, and I do not know what I did. I am not someone that likes to read manuals in order to listen to music and talk on the phone, so if it is not intuitive then it is likely an odd design decision.

Not too loud. The fit is ok and the mic is pretty good.

These earbuds are really well rounded. I do wish that the audio quality is a bit better, but it can be tuned dramatically with equalizers.

I bought these for my husband and he is very pleased with their performance. They work great when he has his teleconferences.

These were purchased to use with an active Smartwatch. They have great sound quality and were easy to link up to phone and watch.

These are great earbuds and they are a good price. Like that they are wireless and gave there own charging station.

Fit in ears weird. Really uncomfortable. Great sound. Would recommend if you have bigger ears

I think that these earbuds are good , but sometimes that I’ve been jogging they come out from my ears ! That’s the only issue I’ve had with them so far .

Generally, these are very good buds, but from time to time, the left bud will cut out and it is a pain to get stereo.

Very comfortable earbuds. With a very good distance that you can be away from your electronics. They're also very comfortable

These ear buds are great. The only drawback is they're so small you really need to put them in a case when not in use.

Love these, i use them literally every day, only issue i had was my right earbud was a little quieter

these are great Wireless buds have had indy skull candies but these buds are way better especially with the ambient noise option

Geek Squad protection on electronics is a must! The price makes sense and if you have any issues the team is a huge resource.
