Will NOT stay in my ears. I guess this is a common complaint with these as Samsung widened and tapered the part that in your ear canal.

With regards to the fit, this device would have come with additional ear tips in a larger and smaller size to help with the optimal fit. You can also take a look at the article titled "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" for the ideal placement for a secure fit. Lastly, you can perform a fit test while wearing the earbuds and connected to the Samsung Wearables App. With regards to the touch settings, if you are wanting to not accidentally trigger the wrong setting, you have a few options including disabling the specific touch setting, you can also take a look at the full device manual, available online, that will highlight the location of the touch pad to help you with uninterrupted adjustments. What tends to happen is that the levels drop in the left ear then I can hear it vaguely in the left but clearly in the right then eventually the sound gets worse it starts to sound staticy in the left ear
