I’ve had them for a year 1/2 and I will be taking them back to Best Buy tomorrow for a replacement under my Geek Squad warranty. I’ve only used them maybe 20-30 times if that and all of a sudden they will not work, won’t charge and won’t connect to my phone anymore.

But everytime I'm talking to someone and both of us arent in silent rooms, they tell me I'm muffled. I get a lot of complaints saying I sound like I've laid my phone down and trying to talk to someone from across the room. Is it possible I just received a defective pair? I will have to go with something else if I cant get this problem resolved.
