when i was looking at ear buds and headphones I thought it'd be perfect to pair them up with my note 10 plus but even thought they're the same brand the ear buds aren't all that great. They lack a richer sound. And during calls its hard for the person im talking to to her me.

Had two pair of these only for the left Ear Bud to go out with in 2 months... Just Bought the JBL Live300TWS tonight because I am so Tired of the Samsung Galaxy Bud + not working... And so Far they are way better, especially audio wise... Like OMG the sounds is a Crazy difference, the SB+ I would have to have a Max volume wile listen to music but the JBL is louder / more clear only at half volume Will update if need be, but I think I'm done with all Samsung products , switching to the Google Pixel 6 pro soon aswell so by Samsung <3

Initially these worked great. Clear sound and no issues. They were purchased less than 2 months ago and now the right earbud no longer works. The return period for these types of products should be longer. It seems they know that they don’t last beyond 30 days so if you run into a problem you have to buy a new set. There were a gift to my husband since he’s an Android user. I have AirPods and AirPods plus. Never had a problem with either. You couldn’t pay me enough to switch to Samsung. All his devices have had issues. And now these earbuds are useless. Sabe your money.

Wasn't that impressed. Make my ears sore after an hour of wearing, occasionally one will lose reliable connection with Bluetooth, just start buzzing. Didn't find the sound very impressive when playing music unless they're inserted deeply into the ear canal.

I bought these for my wife. We are getting older and were looking for earphones to use with the bluetooth transmitter connected to the television to be able to better hear dialogue and music. The sound from these buds was, for a lack of better words, thin sounding.

Love them just wish they had a little more bass in them.

bass is not quite good. my powerbeats pro sound way better

Let me start by saying I love samsung. Unfortunately these headphones failed in less than 6 months, so i got them repaired through the waranty, and the refurbished pair failed again after less than 1 month of use, my father had the same headphones and they also faild in the same way but he did not get approved for a factory waranty repair. Overall very disappointed in these headphones as well as samsungs inability to adress issues that were absolutely their fault. Everything from failed internal parts to ear infections caused by there cheap silicone choises. I Would not recomend these headphones to anyone and am now hesitant to ever buy samsung headphones again.

the buds fall a lot from the ears. I will recommend it.

I loved this product. It was very easy to setup and use.

only had them a week & BT connection drops more than they should, I have a galaxy s9+ mind you... sounds like talking with a bucket over your head, disappointed because Galaxy s- series are my favorite phones and finally was able to get the buds to go along with it!
