    I lost my earpods, I own a Samsung Galaxy 10. These earbuds are horrible! When I'm doing anything besides sitting still the person on the other end can't hear me. I Missed the return window, but Im going back to Apple Earpods, yes with a Samsung phone. The sound is great for music but not actual calls.

    In my opinion these earbuds are okay except for listening to music. Didn't have enough bass for me.

    It doesn’t fit my ear perfectly. I purchased then and have only used them twice or so. By far not my favorites. During workouts it just doesn’t do well and when I am listening to music or just have them on and I begin to smile, laugh, or talk they end up falling out of my ear. I’ve replaced the gummies, but yeah it just didn’t do it for me

    These hurt my inner ears. I ended up going with the other Samsung earbuds.

    when wearing for long prior feel un comfortable and microphone not pick up sound so well while talking

    I have another pair of galaxy buds but I had to return these since the touch pad Didn't work consistently.

    Falls out of ear and disconnects when sweating

    Returned within a week. Kept disconnecting while I was outside working on my truck. The sweat kept causing the connection to drop. No matter which tip I tried, the buds wouldn't stay in my ears. And I'm always able to use the Galaxy buds right out of the box since the first buds. Bass was weaker than the Pro as well.

    Man o man I hate how Samsung products quality has drop threw out the years to catch up with Apple BS products. This thing uncomfortable, I've switch the tips as well. THE Main feature doesn't work still which is Hold to Mute in a Phone call. I'll just keep using my OG buds Don't waste your time try maybe the Buds+

    Earbud stopped working after 2 weeks

    One of the earbuds failed after just a couple weeks. Went for my gym work, up a sweat, and it started cutting out. Then it seemed better later. A week later the same bud cut out completely. Not happy about that at all. Sound was ok, idea is good, but they need to up the quality on these if they break in just a couple uses.

    Don't even waste your time/money

    The right headphone never connected. I've done multiple things (as recommended) to fix the issue and nothing worked. I reset my phone, deleted the Galaxy Wearable app and re downloaded it, disconnected and connected the headphones countless times. Let the batteries drain and try to recharge them hoping it would work. NOTHING. I tried to contact the seller and no reply. I contacted a Samsung representative they said "go to a repair center" FOR A BRAND NEW SET OF HEADPHONES FRESH OUT OF THE BOX? I shouldn't have to get something repaired that's brand new. Really disappointing that I paid $140 for one working headphone
