    Didnt like them, returned them. They wouldnt stay in my ear, even with a racing hood on me and a helmet. They would move around and it became annoying when I was riding my motorcycle and a earpiece was coming out.

    Fist time I ever tried wireless buds and I chose these based on the reviews. I was wrong. These are not good and the sound is very tinny. I'm going back to my Bose wired.

    I was forced to get these instead of replacement pro +'s because the store was out if the previous version. The battery life is horrible and so is the call quality. I regret this purchase. Dont waste your money on them.

    Bluetooth connection Kept cutting out

    For earbuds that cost as much as these do they should not have Bluetooth connection issues. After reading online it seems the Bluetooth connectivity (or lack thereof) is a known issue with the Samsung buds+. In a period of a little over 1 week, They kept getting muffled or have unclear sound on numerous runs whether the phone was in my hands or pocket. I would have to disconnect then reconnect in order for these to start working correctly which is super inconvenient for someone that as active. I returned these and will be getting the Bose earbuds instead.

    They fit okay but they aren't sensitive enough when i have to answer a call or do other things. I felt like i had to press down hard to try & make it work & sometimes that didn't work. I'm very disappointed & I'm returning these.

    Great volume poor fit. These buds were too bulky for my small ears so I returned them. I like the control function on the buds, but I would end calls and skip songs trying too adjust them in my ears. Great concept, poor execution.

    This is my second pair. The first pair would sound so bad, a lot of static when unit wasnt fully charged. I thought i received a defective pair took back got another set and the same thing!!! I usually love Samsung products but this is terrible.

    These are the worst ear buds I have ever used. They wouldn’t fit in my ear right to start. Then when I played music, it sounded like I was holding the earbuds away from my ears and could barely hear anything with the volume maxed out. I tried everything and even went online to see if I was doing something wrong. I tried 2 sets and they were both the same. The touch pad on the outside of the earbuds is a joke. Don’t try to adjust them in your ear while something is playing or you’ll be pressing buttons. Returned for the Bose QC Earbuds, which I should have purchased in the first place.

    I did love these for usability and sound but the case opens way too easily. So after finally deciding on these out of all the options, after 2 weeks I have a nice looking case and no head phones.

    Ok second pair and these don’t work either . I ended up swapping for the newer ones and then even these went bad . They worked them the volume went low and then one worked now they both don’t work .

    Fit pretty good, sometimes felt them rotate and needed to adjust. Significant wind noise while attempting to Listen to music while cycling. BB had shipped the wrong color so they were being returned for that - currently researching other models...

    Just purchased for my husband's busy earlier this month and after two weeks one of the ear buds have already stopped working. We will need to contact Samsung, however seeing that he uses them daily, it is a super inconvenience for the cost paid.

    I have a terrible time keeping these in my ears. I bought them to wear when I work outside but the volume is low and I spend most of my time trying to find them when they fall out of my ears.

    I'm only giving it 2 stars because the box says they last 11 hours, i work 12 hour shifts and they barely last longer then the buds which are rated at 6 hours. Very disappointing i waited to buy these as soon as i heard they were coming out.

    Lose volume out of one bud 2nd time

    These are great buds with good sound BUT after 6 months the sound out of one of the earbuds was much lower than the other. I sent them back to samsung since they were in warranty and they replaced them with brand new ones. After 6 months of using the new ones, the same thing happened and now they are out of warranty. I'm not buying samsung earbuds again. PS: I searched online and i tried every possible way that I could find to fix the issue. I tried cleaning, software is up to date and I tried many other solutions that may have worked for others with no luck.

    This my second pair! I originally bought the red pair on release day and where fine until recent. I did everything I could have done to troubleshoot these because when they work like there supposed to these are awesome. Anyways ended up taking them back to exchange because I bought the extended warranty but got the shiny blue cause red was not in stock. Took them home and on the 3rd day only right bud worked! Originally my first pair the left didn't work either. Can't be a coincidence on these Samsung must know something you tube has troubleshooting videos but seem not to work I think it only worked 1 time , but then it happened again.
