From the ILL FITTED ear pieceS to the RANDOMNESS of the "touch" function.. i.e. HANGING UP on calls while putting the buds in your ear.. or just skipping songs while TRYING to keep the buds IN your ear. To be so expensive SAMSUNG has DROPPED THE BALL.. this product is NOT worth your money.

The equalizer is something to be desired. The bass option is trashy sounding and none of the others were punchy enough. I ended up getting a second pair of mpow 30 plus earbuds. Very comfy and punchy sounding without needing an equalizer.

This week it finally quit working. If you get to sweaty they slip. They are active earbuds so why so sensitive. I'm hoping to return to get a better quality that will last longer than 7 months. Worst earpods

Nothing wrong with thw sound or functionality. But they're extremely slippery and fall out of my ears with all of the bud tip sizes. All I have to do is chew on something for more than 10 seconds and they're falling out.

No BASS

Equalizer can give a bass boost with a muffled sound for vocals and other instruments. $100 Sony wireless earbuds sound better and obviously cheaper.
