    Easy fit, initially connects seamlessly but after some time there's a delay in connecting. Sound is great, I charge the case once a week. Ambient sound only works with both buds.

    My dad didn’t like these, so we returned it lol. Got the AirPods

    Had these all of 2 weeks and they got real quiet where u can barely hear out of them and are literally expensive paperweights rn. The one time i didnt get a warranty go figure. Never again wouldnt recommend.

    keeps falling out my ear. When I use it to answer calls, people will complain about the sound, had to take them out my ear.Please do not waste your money, the product is very bad.

    Won't connect to laptops

    The earbuds cannot be connected to laptops. I tried several different computers and watched all different videos, still not working. The earbuds won't appear on bluetooth tap at all. Don't buy it.

    I can't really comment on the performance of these buds since they keep falling out of my ears. Even using the largest of the tips that come with these buds, they are not a good fit for my ears. Will be returning these.

    One fell out of my ear in the park. I immediately stoped and couldn’t find it. I used the find my earbud option in the settings and the earphone had already disconnected and wouldn’t do a thing. So within a few days of having them I’m down to one ear bud

    I used these for about 2 weeks. I really liked them then the left one quit and wouldn't reconnect. I did all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. I saw online where others had this problem and no one that I read was able to fix them. I returned them to best buy.

    Update my old Samsung Galaxy bud. The quality of this earbud is bad sound like you hear wind coming from the earbud. I would not recommend this earbuds at all it cost more than the original earbuds. I return this one and went to the first Samsung Galaxy earbuds.

    Will be returning these. Technically fine but Samsung software to control settings requires totally intrusive permissions to info on the phone. Shame on Samsung. Totally unnecessary.
