I've had sensory issues all my life and my now boyfriend had just recommend me to use these ears buds. They have three mode 1 active noise canceling 2 off so just as they sound normally and 3 ambient sounds which allows you to be able to hear everything/everyone around you while still listening to music. These ear puds has help me a lot with my sensory issues I love being able to tune everything out when I need too.
