I struggle with keeping them in my ears, and there are control buttons on the sides, so I hang up on people while trying to keep them in my ears. But, pairing is easy, and sound quality is good.

Love these buds! Easy to setup. Accidently dropped my old pair in the garage and ran over one so I had to get new ones. They work perfectly. I almost gave them 4 stars because I can't delete my old pair from the app but that's more of an app issue than the ear buds.

I bought this Samsung galaxy buds true wireless, for my son ,he absolutely loved them ,sound is great ,but ofcourse teenagers don't take care of things like adults do their for they were damaged, he would drop them or didn't charge them , not responsible for this item.

I am impressed with the quality of the Galaxy buds for listening to media. For phone calls, your own voice is so isolated you have a tendency to yell a bit at those you called. The wireless charging is great though. I use the same charging stations that I use for my phones.

I got them for listening to music and hearing while watching videos on my tablets while traveling. There are just what I expected for those uses. But what I've really liked most is using them while on the phone for long calls. Clarity is great for all uses. The battery life is also longer than I expected.

I’ve had my ear buds for a month now and I absolutely love them!! I like that they’re not bulky and don’t protrude from the ear!! The extra ear pieces make it easy to find the perfect fit! I love the clarity and the phone quality as well! These are overall the best wireless buds I’ve owned yet!

I like these ear buds, For being my first wireless earbud in a growing market of options I enjoy how well integrated these are with my Samsung Galaxy 9+. Being able to pause and play my music or videos from just a tap of the ear is a nice feature. Audio is good and the equilizer on the app is cute.

I purchased these earbuds about a month ago, and I am extremely happy with the product. The sound quality is great for phone calls and music, even with one earbud in. The buds also remain comfortable, even after extended use. I wish I would have purchased them sooner.

After using corded ear plugs for years with many different phones and gadgets, I originally stayed away from these for myself. I bought them for my son and he raves about them all the time. I bit the bullet and bought them for myself and I would highly recommend them to all walkers.

This is my set of wireless ear buds but so far I love them. The sound is very good for listening to music and the call quality is good with them too. They pair really easily with my galaxy s10 but I haven't used them on any other devices yet and they charge really fast too. I am well pleased so far with them.

I've been using these for a while now. Still enjoy the audio of these. I used them almost a whole day at work switching between buds and the case battery was low before the buds ever did. From a little over a year of use they are still very impressive and function perfect.

My opinion Samsung makes the best sounding Bluetooth headphones, these sound great....... Never had any issue with these breaking but you can lose them easily so be careful.... I would recommend these if you can't afford the upgraded buds, because they're cheaper now

At first use I wasn't impressed with the sound. The bass was lacking. Then I changed the attached earpieces with the larger ones and the sound was like night & day! The bass was very good. Make sure you have the right size earpiece (it comes with a few) to fit your ear.

They don't get loud enough for me and they really don't allow you to hear people talking to you regardless of setting even with no music coming thru them. Ya have to remove them to hear someone unless they are speaking very loud. Still decent wireless, comfy bugs

I have had these for a full month now and I'm very satisfied with them had a little ear fatigue the first week but my ears got used to them now it feels like nothing is there, I do recommend to download the app to get the full experience on this I had a Volume problem once I downloaded the app issue was fix

Was debating these or the plus version but these are simply amazing for music,calls,movies any audio or communication needs the passthrough sound mode is neat so you can still hear your surroundings and the ability to change the settings for the hold function to adjust volume is nice too!

So let me tell you, it the begging I was nervous about how small they were and if in fact, they did not come off while doing exercises or doing house chores. But after months of using it both me and my husband, we both love them and they are so easy to insert in the ear.

Music sounds great. Only drawback I have is sometimes microphone doesn't work when on a call with only 1 earbud in. It's only happened a couple of times but callers can't hear you but you can hear them. Hopefully and update will correct it. Otherwise I am happy with these.

The price point for these are pretty good. These are all around good wireless earbuds. But I upgraded mines to earbud plus. You will notice a big difference. The buds Plus have much better sound quality. These are still good, but overall I would get the Buds Plus.

I fly a lot for my job and the earbuds do not get loud enough to hear the media playing on my phone. I have the bluetooth and earbuds' volume maxed out. I have the ambient sound feature turned off as well. I have also tried the additional grips and tips included with the ear buds. Nothing I have done including changing my phones developer options has helped. It's a shame that the volume is not loud enough as they are much more comfortable and have a great battery life. Compared to my Sony wired earphones they are much more comfortable; however, the wired earphones can achieve an acceptable volume level.
