Good start, but needs work

Having a galaxy s10, pairing them was super easy. But that said, they would never get loud enough as others have said. I had a very hard time getting them to fit and seal, even using the large tips. I did end up returning as they simply would not work for what I needed. I hope with the next version they allow them to be louder, for the buds to function more independently, and to be a tad lighter.
