Material itches in my ear The sound of music is great People say they hear a loud fax sound on the other end...i don't hear it.....and they keep failing out

I have had them now for about a month. They are comfortable to wear I didn't have to change do much set up was quick and easy. The only thing that I wished was different was I want to be able to choose Bixby for one earpiece and volume on the other, now it's either bixby or volume & both are linked to which one you choose.

Connectivity between the my phone and earbuds is seamless. I just simply take them out my purse and open the case and they are paired. The buds stay in my ear throughout the day even with alot of movement. Connection range isn't as great as I'd hope for. My calls are clear and my music has some nice bass. Overall happy with the purchase.
