I wanted to get some new earbuds that would be great for listening to music with, and also were up-to-date. The tapping function is great but my favorite feature is the Ambient sound. Being able to hear my environment very clearly and still hear audio is so cool!

My experience was a replacement because ear buds were not working properly. The store ordered them to be delivered to my home. It was an easy exchange. It did take about 10 days and the store had told me 3-5 days, but I was kept informed along the way for the delay. All is good.

Definitely recommend. I tried airpods but they hurt my feelings after an hour of wearing them because I have very small ears. I used them while working at a warehouse and they never fell out of my ear, the adjustable ear pieces are a much. Wouldn't change them.

I have had the galaxy buds for a few weeks now. They are amazing. Only reason why I didnt give it a 5 is because the signal consistency isn't always good. But it could be because I'm not always in unobstructed space. But other than that. Great. Definitely worth the buy.

Could be better, doesn't always work well when trying to press button on earpod for different functions. But they still get the job done and comes in handy for hands free purposes.

For me, these were a challenge to use, they turn on/off by themselves which runs down the batteries. They sound pretty good. I talk on the phone and I listen to music as well.

Bought them for my boyfriend as a bday gift. He uses them every day, had em for two years when one finally went out on him. Samsung was super helpful and fixed them for him! Very happy

Best purchase! The recharging is fast and easy for both the buds and the box. The fit is comfortable and the sound is good. Like any bluetooth connection, it can be spotty if I have deep pockets but all-in-all, the best bluetooth headphones I've ever purchased!

Not very pleased with these earbuds. The functions don't always work and I've had a few complaints about not being able to hear me as clear as I'd like to be heard! Music sounds good on them though!

I must be missing something when everyone says 'great sound, lots of bass'. there is no bass, not even after adjustment in the app that requires permissions to EVERYTHING. the sound quality for music is equivalent of cruising altitude on a packed 747; hear the bass yet? of course you wouldn't. these work great for general purpose such as calls, meetings, training videos where sound quality is sufficient for the task. I will say the microphone is great so I don't have to yell for people to hear me. compact, easy enough to deal with, control over volume and sound is relatively non-existent unless you have no security concerns and trust big samsung to keep your data safe by using their app.

I bought these headphones to use for work as i am always driving they are great for music but not good for calls ppl are always telling me they cant hear me kinda disappointed but guess i can use them for music

When properly inserted, made me feel like I was underwater (if that makes any sense). I could hear my footsteps reverberating through my entire body. They just seem to need to be overly snug to suit my comfort level. Much prefer the AirPods.

Sound quality is good. Sound quality diminishes after a while though. Volume of the ear buds may give out, so be sure to clean often.

These buds are very comfortable to wear and have a lot of cool features and settings. But if you have the money just buy the plus version. The battery charging case lasts a lot longer on those ones. Overall these are great though.

These earbuds are great as they have multiple customization options through the application. They are cheaper than airpods but do suffer from less charge in the case. Overall they are good for the price but Samsung users will be able to enjoy the added benefits.

These earbuds worked great initially, but after about 8 months they stopped functioning properly. One side went out completely and the audio dropped quite often.

Work well with my Samsung S10e The app is great also! Kinda hear a weird sound when I walk with them on, but that all goes away once I listen to something.. like music or a podcast... I love the Ambient Noise setting for when my family is talking to me, I can hear them.

Fantastic buds that seamlessly go into your ear. The Only knock is that you cannot access the equalizer if used with and Apple product. Other than that it is sleek and beautifully made.

Overall these ear buds work great. Music sounds amazing, but voice calls work the best with both ear buds in. Incoming caller complains that they can't hear sometimes when using only one ear bud.

After 4 months one of the earbuds stopped taking a charge. I'm in my second hour of being on hold on and off, dealing with a Samsung warranty person by phone to try to get a claim submitted. Online I can find lots of people who had the same issue (and I've tried all the troubleshooting) and it sounds like once the warranty claim actually goes through I'll be golden, but boy oh boy is this a hassle for an expensive pair of buds that should still work. They were great while they worked!
