Great for music, but horrible mic. It is useless for having phone conversation. Nobody was able to understand what I was saying. If you want them for music they are perfect.

My first set of Truely Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds. I was ok with them, until this week, when the right earbud quit working. Hopefully Samsung will replace them under the warranty. The feature where you can hear ambient sound doesn’t work all that well, and doesn’t work at all if you are using them with a iPad. Battery life isn’t bad. Not sure I’d do a Truly Wireless set again, too easy to loose, but then again, not having a wires is nice. But, I went away from wires because I got tired of wires breaking and one of my earbuds failing (almost every LG headset I bought), and here I am without wires experiencing the same issue, One of the Earbuds goes bad.... Sigh

The Buds was purchased on sale when it was $80 USD. The quality and microphone is even better than the other headphones around the same price... I just hate the feel of the case, the Buds+ had a more better feel on the case.

The mic intermittently is so bad that I have to switch to using my phone. I expected better for this. The sound quality is nice and they fit well, otherwise.

Good sound quality. One main issue I get is that one of the earbuds isn't as loud as the other. Still can't fix the issues

Love these headphones. My only complaint is that they don't stay well in my tiny ears. I struggle with a lot of headphones for this reason so I don't blame the headphones.

like then title implies these wireless ear buds sound great but the call audio is lacking. Also to note sometimes when my phone is in my pocket the signal drops and picks back up

Not the loudest buds in the game but I have terrible hearing so that’s probably why. Bought them to run with instead of bulking headphones. Now I use them for zoom calls, phone calls, and regular gym workouts! Great bang for the buck!

A really good pair of earbuds for people on the go multiples fittings that come with it are really useful when you need to get that tight fit.only grape would be the battery life it only seems to last me about 8 hours but that's being really nitpicky.

Love these buds when I can keep them in my ears. I placed one of my buds in my ear while working out and it did'nt work for a while and the volume in this one bud has never got back to original sound or volume.

These wireless buds work fine. My only complaint would be that the buds don't always stay in my ears when I am moving, specifically on the treadmill, I have to push them in my ears a fair amount.

Awesome piece of equipment! works flawlessly and doesn't matter what precisely you are using them for. Whether listening to an audio book or talking on a call or listening to music. They fit in the ears very nicely and have never had one "pop out". Highly recommended.

For years I've used the around the neck headphones so it was a hard decision to switch. They hardest thing to get used to is not being able to adjust the volume on my headset but have to use my phone. But I have been completely happy and not going back!!!

I love the fit in the ears for these. I have oddly shaped inner ears and therefore most buds don’t fit well in my ears. The quality of them were awful in my opinion. They didn’t go but so loud. They were very sensitive to touch so even scratching my ear would affect them and cut them off or on. People that I was having phone convos with couldn’t hear me well so I repeated myself more than I wanted to. Just not the best recommendation.

I have had these for about 6 or 7 months and oh my god may i say i would definitely recommend these for people want a nice wireless pair of headphones these have never stopped working for me these are such a great choice for people that work out.

Got these as a gift for my sister and she loves them. They can be connected to multiple devices at once. This is perfect for her since she is always on her phone or laptop. Ambient sound is not as good as the IconX 2018 in my opinion.

I love these head phones. The only thing that I dont like is the tracing part of it. I wish I could do a GPS tracker verses the beeping. Other than that I use them at work all the time and I love them.

Super love these ear buds. Comfortable to wear. Doesn't hurt my ears. My ear holes are normal unlike my wife. She has little ear holes and it does sit all the way in. So if you have little earholes then dont get it. Other then that it's perfect.

I bought these for someone as a Christmas gift and the person that I got them for really likes them, says they work great. Best Buy was also mega fast as they arrived at my home the same day that I ordered them. Thank you for that.

Each pair, 3 returns, had something wrong with them. If there wasn't an issue with a batch (which I was told by an associate), they would be a good pair. Compact and decent sound quality.
