I bought these as a gift for someone since they wanted a pair of Bluetooth earbuds. I’m honestly not sure if they were defective or not, but the sound quality on these were simply terrible, sounding like music was coming through tin cans. Aside from the sound, they were of a good build quality and were very easy to set up. Ultimately, I ended up exchanging these for a pair of AirPods, which were more expensive, but the person I bought them for said they sound much better, and I agree. I do not recommend these ear buds.

After reading reviews and researching, we chose these for my daughter and they cancel sound out so much that she can't hear us at all when they're in her ears. Great sound and don't fall out of her ears like others do.

I would like to rate this item however its been a few days shy of a month since my order and I still don't have it. I have attempted to contact Best Buy several times with exasperating wait times. Worst experience just not happy at all.

The ear buds work fine at first. A few days later the right side started to go out and not charging. Try fixing the problem to know results.

If you own an iphone its an okay wireless headset but if you own an android its amazing. The drawback is the mic when used as a phone is low volume - the person on the other line has a hard time hearing you

Great sound, but knowing how much charge is left and trying to use the controls on the buds is a problem for a guy with large hands.

This is one of my favorite pieces of technology that I bought this year. They work well in the shower, work great when you're lounging or even doing house chores. I have a lot of fun playing with the sound dynamics too!

Great product! I was hesitant to purchase this because I was scared to lose it as I am in and out of a vehicle numerous times a day. I’ve only lost once because I didn’t have it in my ear!!... and purchased another set! I keep a close eye on them now.

These ear buds are not good, have bought 3 pairs now and each pair have each had the same problem. Eventually 1 earbud will stop working. Rendering the pair useless but 1 will still work. Samsung needs to fix this issue

I've been using it for over a year. It is usually pretty reliable with minor issues sometimes. Something that I noticed however is the blue tooth range seems to have noticeable decreased; You can't be as far away from your phone.

This was a gift for my husband. He is very please with earbuds. We originally ordered the cheaper Samsung earbud, returner them. The cheaper ones made his game lag. Recommend spending amore money. Definitely worth the investment...

After coming from Air Pods, I didn't have high expectations but these headphones are great. My only thought for future addition is noise cancellation when on a call. People on the other side of the phone say background noise is amplified a bit.

These are nice earbuds. Unfortunately the size is easy to lose. If you end up losing sound in one side, google it. It probably just needs to remove a screen on the part that goes in your ear and clean it out.

Overall, they have pretty good sound. Unfortunately, they are not compatible with the Iphone. There's an app that you can get for improving the sound, but I could not access.

The buds don't fit well in most ears ,and I am saying this because I tried it myself and also on my wife's ears,and a friend ears. Even when you exchange the tips. After a while wearing it ,they become uncomfortable.

I honestly expected more from a Samsung product. The design of these buds is nice. They are relatively comfortable and I haven't experienced any issues with them coming out. The problem, however, is that the sound quality during phone calls is not very good. Each time I use them for phone calls I am told that the call is not clear and goes in and out. I believe it's the microphone. In addition, I often get a robotic sound from the caller on the other end. I thought maybe the kinks would work themselves out but honestly now regret keeping them beyond the returnable time frame. I would not purchase this item again.

Much less expensive than a competitor's brand, and I can't tell the difference in sound. The only difference in my opinion is the brand - and the price. Bought these for my 12 year old son on sale, less than $100.

Bought the to substitute another brand and they are wonderful. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with IOS because you won’t be able to use the full features of the buds without the galaxy wearables app which is only on android. I LOVE THEM!

Decent set of earbuds. Returned them because I didn't really need them at the time. I now have the Jaybird Vistas and I don't plan on returning those anytime soon. See my review.

I've tried many and this is the first pair I really like. If you have a Samsung phone it's a no-brainer. Seamless connectivity. Excellent fit for the gym. No worries of them falling out of your ears. My only wish would be that they could be louder.
